This return location was not good. No one around, no one to answer the phone. Poor service.

I was very dissapointed to be charged a third day when we only turned in the truck 3hrs late because a copy of the key was being made since my father lost the key. You guys should offer insurance in the $28 fee that I paid that covers lost keys so the renter does not have to pay out of pocket. It was below a poor experience and I will not rent from U-Haul again. We will be going with another provider from now on. One rep told us if we called sooner something could have been done so that we would not have been charged a third day. I told him we called 3hrs before the truck was due and he still did nothing. I spoke to 5 reps, road side assistance, and 1 manager and no one could help. Very poor service, very dissapointed.

To be clear, Kevin, the person who attended me was phenomenal. He was making a real effort to help me. My frustration is with whomever is responsible for coordinating everything. Online, I requested a 10’ truck. I was reserved a 15’ truck the day before. And when I arrived, I was given a 20’ truck because it was the only one available. On top of that, I was charged extra because it was a 20’ truck and not the original 10’ that I requested. I will think twice next time I need a moving truck about selecting UHaul or recommending it.
