The agent who assisted me appeared to be friendly to me until he realized that it was raining outside and that he would have to get down on the ground to unhook my conveyance from the auto transport. He indicated that he had a meeting to go to and it became clear that he did not want to get on the ground to unhook my conveyance. I told him that I had done everything that I was asked to do by the representatives in Virginia and that it was not to un my job to hook the conveyance and that I had paid for the service. He then be came hostile with me and accused me of being rude. I immediately called the representative in Virginia who did the hook up and had him speak to the guy at the drop off site. When I received my phone back, the representative told me that he hoped that I was not recording him. I told him that I was not recording him but if I was I had a every right to because we were in a public location. The conversation then escalated and I was told that he was doing me a favor and that if I was a man that he would not even consider unhooking my conveyance. I asked for his name and he wanted to know why I was asking. I then told him that I had a right to know the name of who I was doing business with. I had to remind him that he had my personal information. He told me that his name was Edward. Whether that is true or not I do know. He phoneed into the office area and had his female coworker bring him a piece of cardboard for him to kneel on, he himself had retrieved a stick with a wishbone like end which aided him in releasing the chains. He finally released tire straps and I was able to get into my conveyance and back it off of the ramp. I drove away from the site. I was so disgusted and annoyed with his attitude and unprofessionalism. Some time after that, I was emailed a receipt but you will notice that I did not sign it because I did not go back into the office with him. Once I was in my conveyance, my only concern was to get as far away from that man as possible. I am a business owner and come from a family of business owners. What I experienced with him was reprehensible and the complete opposite of my experience at the pick up location. I have used U Haul for transport for at least forty years. I have never experienced anything like what I experienced that day. This probably the end of a forty year relationship. I certainly would never recommend that location to anyone.

Samantha was very cordial, helpful, and professional - among the best I've dealt with. However, the location lacked the full service, and expanded hours that might have worked better for me. This is essentially a mobile phone vendor that happens to serve as a rental agent. The return process that was totally dependent on my proficiency with your app was difficult especially because the store didn't open for two hours after I had to return the equipment. It was my first experience with the app, and the availability of an Internet connectivity outside on a chilly morning made this less than the enjoyable experience I've always had with U-Haul. Too many pictures to upload to meet your requirements because the human agent was totally removed from the process.

Janet SanchezAlondra and management are not professional. They’re crooks and will fraudulently charge you. The uhaul they rented me was so bad my lg dryer door broke! They marked the gas in the wrong spot and as I did my walk thru I brought it to alondra’s attention. She said I would still have to put it where the contract says it is even though she also said that it wasn’t at the mark the contract said the gas was. They charged me 2 additional miles even though I have proof it’s2 miles less. So much happened it would literally be like I’m writing a 5page essay so long story short DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

Upon returning the vehicle which was scheduled for 24 hours, actually got returned in less than 5 hours. I get a call the next morning by some female employee who thought it was a great idea to call me & accuse me of not returning the vehicle. I've never in my life had anyone from uhaul call me & tell me that I have not returned the vehicle. Had this little girl actually done her job, she would have realized that what lever key she was looking for was right in front of her face the entire time. It pissede off that this girl called me, accused me & in the sea breath say "ohh I found them" never mind, bye", was the absolute rudest & unprofessional thing I've ever had to experience. She hangs up the phone without even attempting to apologize for what she just called & accused me of. Clearly yall let anybody work for uhaul

Also, when it was time for us to get the vehicle it was poorly maintained. The truck was filthy and I asked her is this what the company gives people and she basically said do you want it or not. I only took the vehicle because I need to go pick up a piece of furniture I bought right then and there. But I will not recommend this location to anyone! EVER!!!!

The young man inside was very nice and polite, but I was essentially told to go find my equipment in the yard and basically I walked around for 10 minutes trying to find my trailer with a number he gave me that I thought was the tag number. I finally figured out that it was the unit number and I backed in and hooked the trailer up and left. Trailer was in excellent condition and pulled great. I am just not sure if a wireless company and uhaul franchise fit. The situation was a bit confusing.

Literally told me ma’am we don’t have time to figure this out because it’s the first of the month and our store is busy. They charged me for 48 hours for a truck rental that I had for 25 hours. I am going to be calling because this experience was by far the WORST. Their names are Maria and Edward, very poor customer service, did NOTHING to resolve the issue.

Maybe the place where we rented doesn't check the back when you bring it back. Not a huge deal but we had to sweep it out before we could use it.

Also noticed that text said return in 48 hours so she added another day which $73 more dollars came out in addition to the $267 we already paid. Our contract states 29 cents a mile we drive 211 miles. It does not add up

The smelled of smoke and needed oil service, it had low tire pressure and the rear door ajar alarm kept going in and out turning on the interior lights making it difficult to drive at night. I put more gas on return than was in when I picked it up and was still charge a fuel charge. I will never rent from this location again and will consider other rental companies before U-Haul from now on.
