The truck smelled like someone had been chain smoking in it for years on end. The truck itself was in decent shape. However, when I arrived at the location to pick it up, nobody was there. I called the number for the location and a guy answered. His response was to complete my pickup online almost as if he couldn't be bothered. Finally, he said he'd help but I had to walk through a sketchy empty warehouse and go upstairs to have him complete the transaction. Uhaul's website said only $45-ish was due at pickup but he charged my card $73 that day. It was just not on par with my previous experiences with Uhaul.Robert P.

The store was not open even though he knew I was coming. Then I believe the mileage was also wrong. My wife drives behind me with our car on trip. We went 95 miles. Not over the allotment given at all Rude and inconsiderate since he should have been there for me. I had to wait for 15 mins for his arrival. I suggest you find another place to use. An industrial type building, no signage, nobody there. We called the number on our paperwork and a rude guy answered the phone and just said leave the keys in the unsecure mailbox. We had to call u haul and return it online, but were in an area of poor service. The entire thing was sketchy.Brad K.
Because it was scheduled to be picked up play early in the morning, why no one would really be around, the location was extremely unsafe. Also did not like that it was left unlocked with the keys in the visor.Jazmyn P.

First of all I had to call them twice and they talked to me like I was stupid for trying to get directions because there is no signage or indication anywhere that they are a uhaul center. I had tried to call to confirm the day before and the person i spoke to acted like I was weird for doing so when got a text telling me to in the first place. This guy has absolutely no idea how his point of sale system works. I had a time crunch with all this so I prepaid and set up everything online, I don't understand how this still took an hour to fill out all the paperwork. There was a point whereI was instructing him on how to put a payment in! It was ridiculous and I had to walk through a machine shop to get to a grubby office in a building with no heat just to talk this guy through his own computer system. THEN he ended up doing it wrong and charged me for insurance I didn't want or ask for when I booked rental, but somehow took the appliance dolly off. Then took me to the truck and said he had to take it back because it's not on the contract. I nearly flipped. I had been very calm and cool this whole time and that was it. I demanded it since I needed it and because I basically already paid for it with the insurance I didn't want. He finally agreed and wrote a note on my paperwork. I also asked about allotted mileage and he told me that since I'm dropping it off elsewhere that I had unlimited mileage, this turned out to be false because when I dropped it off in Pawtucket I was informed I was due another $50 for going over! I'm NEVER using that location again and they should be revoked if their uhaul status. This guys was rude, had no idea what he was doing, and it's a miracle I ever found him in the first place.Rebecca M.

Very strange location difficult to get trailot / truck in and out. Truck had serious damage to one tire which needed to be replaced and cut into my move time plus was extremely inconvenient and was dangerous for me to drive.Brian T.

Automate (web-based) the process of extending the rental. I had to call the business owner (probably at home, since they were closed). Being able to do it online using your database would be more convenient for all parties.Scott L.
There is no Uhaul sign so it is difficult to find and "Google maps" brings you down the road so i had to call to find the place, but once you arrive the men that helped were very friendly and the truck was great.Myles M.

UHaul changed my pickup date, time, and location without asking me. I had to spend 90 minutes on the phone fixing the snafu, talking to four people, they had problems finding my reservation in the computer. Totally unnecessary BS. Finally I get to the guy at the pickup location, he fixes the date/time error and tells me he has furniture pads but not the TV moving box I'd ordered, so I'd have to go to another store to pick that up. Yet another inconvenience. Get to moving day, I can't find the place, because there's absolutely NO signage or UHaul logos, not even a street number on the building. Call them, finally have someone walk me through getting there. The pickup location was a dingy metal shop full of hazards. The guy who processed my order was not at all friendly. I get the truck, and (a) it's filthy inside, like a coffee explosion happened; (b) it's only got 5/16 tank of gas, so I had to put gas in it before I even took it wherever, which sucks because you never know how much you need and can't calculate it because mileage figures aren't listed, and even if I were so inclined to drop it off and just pay the $3.50 a gallon to refill it out of convenience (I'm not), I'd get whacked with another $30 for it being at or below 1/4 tank (lousy business practice); and (c) the truck needed an alignment BADLY. Oh, and it turned out, they didn't have my furniture pads, either; the guy lied to me straight when I talked to him on the phone. I hate third party UHaul locations, and I try to never do business with them, and this is why. Two thumbs down on UHaul for sticking me with this place. Worst UHaul experience I've ever had. It was with great restraint that I managed to not use profanity in this review. #thanksuhaulJonathan C.

I was a little apprehensive about leaving a car trailer unattended near a gate without any paperwork or confirmation stating the equipment was returned and in the shape it which it was rentedlenny C.
The truck ran fine and the box was relatively clean. Unfortunately, the cab was not clean. I had to wear gloves because the steering wheel was disgusting and the cab smelled like an ash tray.JOSEPH H.

This location was hard to find. When we tried to call the number that was given to us it was disconnected. When we got the actual number (by going to a different storage company) we were told the new number and called. There were no signs of a storage facility and we had to go into the back of a machine shop to speak to the person.KATHERINE B.
Location was difficult to find, GPS brings you about a quarter mile past the location and when you call the owner to find it he informs you where it is but that they have no official business sign. Otherwise everything was satisfactory.JOHN G.
The location was very hard to find....not well marked at all. A small sign on a metal fence. Went in to a dark, scary building and had to walk way out back repeatedly calling out for someone to help me. After a few minutes someone came out. Wasnt very friendly at all.Cyndy C.

Entrance was just off a very busy street that required traffic control while backing in and exiting. This caused some anxiety over the possibility of an accident occuring during the process. The trailers should be located in a better location.TIM L.
Had an issue with rental return. Was charged for a dirty truck and for extra fuel even though I swept the truck and fueled right before I dropped the truck off. Situation was remedied by customer service at the district level. Employees at this location couldn't do much about the charges. They did direct me to customer service.CHRIS F.

It wasnt the location it was the equipment. The truckwas not fully checked out. The washer fluid on the driver side did not spray. Additionally, and much more significant the gas gauge kept sticking. I therefore had no idea how much gas I actually had at anytime. This forced me to stop much more often & to waste $100 returning the vehicle because there was no way to tell where it was!!!!!MICHELLE T.
