Kyle PulverMy overall experience was okay. My main complaint is that I was quoted a price of 99 cents a mile for the use of the truck. Keep in mind that the day and date had been agreed upon. The day I wanted to use the truck on a Friday. upon showing up to pick up the truck I was quoted the price of $1.39 a mile. I expressed I would only need the truck for about 20 miles for the day. When I looked at the paperwork after leaving the figure of 36 miles was on the paperwork. I know this is a minor grievance but I plan on using a U-Haul truck twice more in the coming months and these figures would be significantly larger when I rent a truck. it would have been helpful if I had been informed Thur-Sun are considered weekend rates which is ridiculous!

Israel JimenezThe trailer winches were corroded and rusted so it took a few hours of trying to get them to operate adequately to get the car secured. I called for Uhaul assistance when the winches would not work, but there was none available in my time zone, it was horrible --also the truck was quite dirty. The trailer was NOT fit to be used at all, let alone cost $80 plus, since we had to do hours of labor in the middle of the night trying to get it to not stick and just spew rust and actually let us re-direct the straps so it would maybe do its job, it was a costly nightmare. When we got to our destination 8 hours later half of the ramp stuck and we had to call for help to get the car off the trailer, and then we had to spend hours trying to get the truck out of our driveway, which we had asked for assistance with as well, so Again, a helpless 2 day nightmare No one should have to pay $500 plus to go through, nothing on the trailer worked as it should, and lack of roadside assistance to get the trailer to do anything was indefensible. Nightmare does not come close.

JESSE BURKE-QUINNGot a call from “Susan at Uhaul Recovery“. She is NOT associated with this excellent dealer. She was nasty to me and hung up on me when I told her the truck was showing a check engine light code. She called from 541-968-8159 and was wanting the truck for another rental and I wasn’t quite finished unloading. She needs some education on customer service. If all Uhaul employees were like that I would rent somewhere else.
Delbert BlanchardNever got rental agreement from location. Said they would email it. All I got was contract info, no inspection or inspection sheet. Employees were very cordial and courteous. Truck was neat and clean.
