Forgot the dolly we paid for and told us it would get credited at the drop off point but the drop-off dealer said that he could not do it they can only be done at the pickup time so we would not receive a refund for the money we spent on the dolly but we never received... very disappointed in the service.

I went to the Uhaul store located at 1923 N. Sam Houston Parkway in Houston, TX. 77038. Customer service was phenomenal! I was very, very satisfied with the experience as well as the cleanliness of the vehicle and materials that I used. I will tell everyone who needs this service to go to THIS location!!
