AUTUMN APaid too much for gas fill . Truck was not totally full when I picked it up. I drove it 12 miles and was charged $9 fill up.

When I went to the above location they were not expecting a truck to be dropped off, but were willing to take it anyway (they have limited space to park trucks).

Donald CPlease keep doing exactly what you are doing. This is the best experience I've had renting a Uhaul, and I've had to rent roughly half a dozen in the last year or so. I appreciate the kindness and consideration of the staff, and everyone was very helpful. I will be making this my primary location should I have to rent Uhauls in the future. SUZANNE SI wasn’t offer a lock or told I needed a lock. I was originally had reservations for a locations 30 minutes away I ask for a credit she said when I return the truck I would get a credit for coming 30 minutes further to pick up my truck and that was not true but the manager didn’t make an exception and help me out with the gas situation.

Lenzy RThe truck cab was full of some sort of animal air. Completely disgusting. There was also a knife found in the cab of the truck. Please make sure that trucks are inspected and cleaned. The check engine light was also on the entire time and the back of the truck should have been swept at least.
