You can improve on the customer services side by not lying ?? to the customers for your profits and problems. Do book a customer when you don't have the equipment in that location. I rate u-haul 1 out of 10 and will never recommend them to a friend. “My mechanic“ in twin falls ID I give a 9 out of 10. U-haul is a joke to me and will never use them again.
