We scheduled for pick up with U-Haul ride share on 2/25/19 at 6:30am, arrived on time, and sucessfully followed every step, but did not know how to proceed with the step on locating and entering the password on the wordlock. I attempted to contact the U-Haul Authorized Dealer for the My Market location in Chino, CA multiple times with no answer or call back. I then contacted the U-Haul main line and spoke to a U-Haul representative in Florida. She had me check the entrance to My Market, check the entrances to all other shops, and walk around the entire parking structure to look for a U-Haul Wordlock box that didn't exist. I told her I double checked everywhere and it doesn't exist. She literally told me that I wasn't looking right because it was there. She then told me to keep calling my dealer. I eventually gave up and tried calling another local U-Haul dealer to order a new U-Haul. They then transferred me to someone who could finally assist with locating the wordlock, which was ON THE TRUCK THE WHOLE TIME! This whole process took more than 40 minutes. In the future, the U-Haul Authorized Dealer NEEDS TO BE AVAILABLE FOR TIMES THAT ARE SCHEDULED FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE or at least have a designated representative who is knowledgeable for the specific U-Haul ordered and can assist with issues. Do not schedule for 6:30am if you cannot help at that time. Thank you

Nothing to improve! I want to compliment Fred at My Market. He knows the system, was very helpful and informative. It was very easy to pick up and drop off at his location.

They don’t explain clearly on the rental and didn’t heard clearly what I said about using my own insurance for rental. Have to use customer service.

I turned in the U-Haul Truck CLEAN inside and out a day early. The Rep refused to walk outside with me to inspect the Truck which I thought was odd. I asked several times and the answer was NO. I asked for paperwork to sign saying that I did drop off the Truck a day early and that it was Clean. I didn't get that either. What I did get is a $53.11 charge to the Credit Card and accused of going 75 miles over the mileage. Both are not True. I took photos of everything and will dispute this. The Truth will come out. This is not right and hopefully from now on, MY MARKET will do their Job right and inspect the Truck upon return and have the Customer sign that the U-Haul Truck was dropped off and what the milage is at. I will NEVER drop off a U-Haul Truck again to a Convenience Store Clerk that doesn't know how to do their Job. It is not right to take advantage of Customers.
