i had to do every thing i did online again which cost me a half hour of the rental period and why do they need two other phone numbers? the truck was not swept out and the mat bag was opened , which we could have been charged for and we did not require.......overalll a very bad experience.

Poor customer service, staff made me go out and take pictures of truck odometer and gas level. Lady looked liked she didnt know what she was doing, whole process took longer then it should. They should stick to selling potato chips.

I didn't want to get the safe move, as I was only driving within town, and they made me feel as say no wasn't an option. I was asked how many KM I was going to be driving, and when I said 30 I was told that wasn't an option. I had to repeat the driver license photo/scanning process 4 times, the whole process, check in and out took much longer than necessary. I would not recommend this location or ever rent a uhaul from here again.

Kevin LI had to go behind the counter to help her check out the truck. It took 45 minutes to check out so I didn’t receive the truck until 45 minutes after I was supposed to pick it up but still had to return it on time. It didn’t have the amount of gas it said it did and after I had parked it, they made me move it to closer to them which caused the distance to go up so I had yo pay more and then they also couldn’t figure out the check out so I just had to leave the truck and wait for an email that said what I ended up being charged. Overall a really really bad experience. They were very nice and not mean or rude they just have zero idea how to actually rent out the truck and how to check it back in.

Mohammed KOnly giving them average as I had originally rented online from another place only to have been met with no vehicle available due to another customer not returning and also the other vehicle there the batter was dead. So my 5pm pickup turned to almost 730 pm at a different location where it took almost and hour to rent.
Emely CThe truck I rented was all covered in ice, it was dangerous to drive it and be beside it. The ice from the roof fell on my husband and cut his finger open! Take care of your fleet and clean it from the ice. Also, nobody put any salt or sand around the truck in the morning, so it was very difficult to get into the truck. Think, and clean the area around the truck! Lastly, I was added $15 for the insurance that I never agreed to as I have a separate insurance I am paying for that covers rented trucks like U-Haul. The girl at the shop said "this charge is automatic", but I didnt see anything remotely close to being "automatic" when I was securing the truck online and talking to an agent over the phone to confirm the cost of my trip. Scam! Overall, the girl at the shop was very pleasant and nice, thats the only reason I would recommend this location.
