This was the worst customer service I have ever received! Found the man to be very rude and just not very helpful at all. We have used uhaul a number of times, and never had an issue. I should have used the mobile checkin. I will Not use this location again.

From my personal experiences they(owners) seems to /come across to be very very untrustworthy... that’s just my experience and I’ll never return to that location and conduct any form of business even to purchase a pop...sad very sad..,give the location to Walmart.

Have depot locations do checks on all incoming/returned vehicles to ensure no mess or damage, as well a secure vehicle. The passenger door was not latched or locked, cans and bottles left in cab and garbage/dirt in back of truck.

More detail has to be made to the care of the vehicle I rented. It had a lot of mud dirt in the inside.

The truck cab cup holders were full of cigarette ash. The cab reeked of stale cigarette smoke which is now in our coats which will have to be cleaned. The back of the truck was full of dust and debris left over from the last rental I'm assuming. No blankets or dolly were in the truck. There was only 1/4 tank of gas in the truck, even though I was going all the way to Scarborough. Extremely inconvenient to have to fill the truck twice.

Price of truck didn't seem right

The service I received was absolutely horrific! I waited for over 30 minutes picking up the truck....then another 20 dropping it off. The man doing the rental should be fired! Totally incompetent, I was told one price about 20 minutes earlier then charged another price, when I asked about it he just shook his head and said this is the price. No honoring the others word at all. It will be an absolute dire emergency before I rent from Uhaul again and i will be letting everyone I know the same. Customer service FAIL!!!

Because it is located in a market, it took 1/2 an hour to actually get the van due to the constant interruptions by other customers. We kept having to wait while other customers’ purchases were rung through. This ate into our allotted time. The gentleman was very apologetic but perhaps this is something you could address.

Véhicule had an inoperable running light. Sales agent expressed dismay and practically displeasure that I would not purchase insurance. I had the impression he had a monetary stake in that aspect of the rental??

The owners had no clue what was going on. The 24/7 mobile clinic took nearly 1.5 hours and caused me to be late for work. Disgusted by U-Haaul's lack of preparation for my arrival.

The lock didn’t work. The key that was given did not unlock the lock. Opened once during a drive which was not pleasant

maybe be nice and polite? the service was absolutely terrible, they had people buying stuff going in front of us, no check of the truck, no lock lent for the back, it was dirty inside the driver's space and the back.

Did the reservation online and I requested 3 dollies which were not at pick up place. So I had to drive extra 20 km to pick them up. Waste 1 hour of my time and paid extra money for km and gas.
