Charles BoyceThe guy whom rented the truck to me quoted 1 price. When I came to return the vehicle, he told me I could keep it the next day & be charged the same price since it was after hours. Once I returned the vehicle the next day, he quoted me a different price & told me something totally different from what he said the previous day. While I wad questioning him about it, he seemed very confused & refused to charge me what he quoted me.
jasmine clarkHe charged me for things we never discussed and the only thing he mentioned was the miles after I asked. When I asked about the cost, he said I will get a reciept by email. Never again will I use this location.
Helen WashingtonPickup was ok, very quick and easy. Drop off was another story entirely. There was only one clerk, so she was running the store and dealing with uhaul customers. It seemed like there was a lot of confusion and misunderstanding of the system. She couldn’t find people’s trucks, couldn’t check me in, etc. needless to say, I was there for over 30 minutes trying to return my truck. The clerk was very nice and trying her best, but it was a bit much for her

SHELA WAREThe two men were easy to communicate with and pleasant. However, some of the business practices are not conducive to good customer service Online a 15 foot truck cost $.89 per mile. However I was charged $1.09 per mile. I was never told that there would be a $100 deposit He asked for me to upload my ID and sign. I did not realize I was signing the contract, which he never showed me physically after giving my ID and signing a digital “ contract” was emailed to me. Then I knew of the extra $120 charge. I asked if it were a deposit and the other representative said yes. They are primarily a corner store and do not operate like a standalone U-Haul. If you want a more complete transparent professional experience, I would make sure to go to a standalone U-Haul.

Alantra GrigsbyI believe I have been scammed. I have never paid this much for u-haul. Upon picking up the truck I paid the $119 amount, a $100 holding fee (that’s what the attendant said) was added, which was $219. The holding fee which seems to be 100 miles. That means we already paid for 100 miles. According to the odometer, we only drove 172 miles. Therefore we would only owe for 72 miles, which is $64.08. The gas was in the correct place and verified by the attendant. I am extremely unsatisfied with the services and the prices we are being charged. I have never paid $400 for a local haul.

TRACY WILLIAMSAfter my reservation was canceled twice by UHAUL! The clerk at the belt line location had to make a THIRD! Reservation. He was very polite and helpful.
David OdoirnePoor service once entered. Did not tell me shy thing about the truck. Ended trying the key on 3 different trucks before I found the one that was assigned to me. Truck was filthy! I had to clean before I put my furniture inside. Miles was not confirmed and feel I was over charged. Gas was not confirmed and was charged a crazy amount for it. Location didn’t even tell me how much they were charging me for.

Theo SimmonsHave items rented available. We needed an appliance dolly and they did not have one. One way move and picked up truck near waxahachie to move items to mckinney. I drove from mckinney to pick up the truck in desoto to find the largest item we were moving i would not be able to move. Lacking the appliance dolly negated the entire trip. We rented a dolly from home depot. When calling for assistance uhaul changed my drop off location, which was not open to return the truck at the time the truck was due. I called and had it moved back to original location. I spoke with uhail 5x in one day due to problems.
Gwen DiltsI will never use this location again. The first vehicle had Maintenace issues. After trip delayed and having to reschedule moving helpers, I get hit with some jacked up fees because this place doesn't sell fuel even though they have pumps, and they are a third party that has access to my data. Be aware!

JAMES SIMUELI was charged an absured amount of mileage. I live 3.4 mile from the uhaul pickup location and i live 6.6 mile from my storage facility. But i was charged 190.1 miles of driving. I also was charged for a furniture dolly and a utility dolly that were not truck. I informed them that these items were not in the truck and I the saleperson came out and verified that these items were not in the truck and she came out and verified the miles in the truck and I was still charged for the dollies and all those miles that I didnt drive
