The check in person was awesome. The truck was ready. She made it so easy to rent. I have never rented a truck before . I definitely recommend this location and the help I received!

Allow jeeps that have a 3500 lb hitch rating and a factory roll bar to tow small trailers like they are rated to do. The canvas top believe it or not does protect the occupants. Try contacting the manufacturer before making ridiculous rules or I will not be using you again and I have passed this info on to the Jeep community I have over 3000 direct members in contact with me and the community includes 10s of millions.

Fix you drop off system. It shouldn't take 5 minutes to upload each photo when dropping off. Very frustrating mobile check out process.

The ramp that is on the 26' truck was very short. It is intermec for a lower truck. It was very hard to use at a steeper angle.

It needs to be posted that they are 24hrs to get uhaul equipment so more people are aware because they are amazing!!!!

Eric went above and beyond for me yesterday - he ended up having to come to New Albany, IN at my daughter's house to tow the car carrier and my granddaughters' vehicle back to Goshen, OH due to I was rear-ended while there in New Albany. I so appreciate Eric for all he did for me yesterday

We had a reservation and the total amount was $54.95 but when we got there, they charged $109.95 and claimed I had to take it up with uhaul. I've since sent my concern to uhaul with pics of my reservation price but still haven't received any response.
