KAREN Bwill not ever recommend U-Haul to anyone. The clerk at the 21st and 129th E Ave location seemed to have very limited knowledge. I was overcharged but had to have the truck so I paid:(
Matthew AWas closed when we got there. Put keys in drop box, left truck for them to check-in. I was worried because they were closed 3 days in a row but they checked truck in accurately. No problems.
