Location was attached to another business with half eaten plates of food on the counters and wasn't professional at all. The service rep wasn't there when I arrived. Had to call and wait till he arrived. I don't think it's proper to hear political opinions while dealing with someone in a professional situation as all people have different views. I do think also that he charged my account too much. Still checking.JACKIE F.

Posted hours showed they were open, they were not. Originally planned on paying onsite but took over an hour to pay with multiple calls before we could get a code to access the key for the truck. Reserved a appliance dolly, there wasn't one there. Reserved furniture pads, there weren't any. We had to clean the truck before we could put our stuff in it because it was nasty. I would not recommend reserving a truck from this location.Brian T.

Could not get the app to work on my phone. No one at this location new anything about how to get the truck I had reserved. Finally figured it out without the help of the people working here. Returned the truck the next morning 30 mins before my due back time. App would not open my camera to take photos of odometer and truck. Uninstalled app and installed app again. Did not help. Tried installing on my wife's phone with the same results. Had to call U-haul and email photos of odometer and truck. The app would not let me close out account showing the truck was delivered back to this location. Called back several days in a row wanting a confirmation that my account was closed . Each day I was told to call back the next day if I had not received a confirmation that my account was closed. Took almost 2 weeks for them to finally have someone from the delivery location finally close my account. Absolutely miserable experience using the app and location of pick up. The one good thing about the rental is truck was new and clean. Im hoping this is not the norm using the app.Michael L.
