Uhaul wanted me to drop off at a location 45 minutes away and charged me for dropping at wrong location. She'll station 10 minutes from me took it no problem

When we got there the key was not in the correct lockbox which caused us a slight panic. But I contacted Scott & he did a great job helping us locate it in a different box. Scott was very helpful & answered me very quickly when I contacted him by phone or text.

Had to shovel snow out of the trailer employees at store didn’t know what to do one nice lady called another person an he checked out the trailer the trailer

There should be a sticker on the equipment telling what Ball size is needed for the Hitch.

Scott is the regional manager in the area I picked up my equipment and he was absolutely  on the ball when it came to setting up the services I needed. I would recommend giving him a raise.
