I left the last question as N/A, depends if they planned to drop off during business hours. My Uhaul app wouldn't work at this location to share my location when dropping off. I had to get someone from the office to help, but if they hadn't been there or it was outside of normal hours I would have been stuck with no way to complete the drop off process.KURTIS T.

Should have paid attention to this place's online reviews.I arrived at 10am when the office opened but it wasn't opened. Then I ordered a dolly with by rental and there was no dolly in the truck. Then I waited for 20 mins for someone to arrive to open the office & then I called uhaul's main number & cancelled my reservation. Truck cab was really dirty too. Gooey stuff in the cup holders and on the floor.Sharon O.

I had the worst service in picking up the truck U-Haul had me running around like a yo-yo going to different locations to pick up a truck that wasn't there but I gave a five star to Murphy storage depot because they deserve it overall the guy was very polite very generous and accommodated all of my needsMarisol E.
actual locations helpful but not the ones I chose-I booked a reservation weeks in advance so I could pick up and drop off where I needed but the day of the move, UHaul changed everything without asking me-overall experience awful was awful awful- customer service when I called uhaul directly was awful- major attitude and extremely snotty- find another company to rent fromHerman K.

This location realized that the equipment was out dated and beat up immediately. Their main concern was that they would now be stuck with it at their location and it would reflect on them. Take the trailer out of service and fix that piece of ****!John B.

Rental Agent at Murphy Storage Dept was very nice and the location was easy to get to. The truck, however, needs work. The passenger door was dented so badly that it didn't close or open properly, the truck obviously needed some engine maintainance as it wasn't running very good and the reverse bulbs were out making it difficult to back up in the dark. First: I had selected that T&B motors in Mansfield Center, CT be selected as our pick up location, for some reason I was not informed about the change in locations until the night before moving. This location was an additional 20 miles and 30 minutes away. When we picked up the vehicle it had a check engine light that the location director told us 'not to worry about because it wasn't making noise' and there was barely enough gas in the vehicle to make it to the nearest gas station, it was on the empty line. Overall, very dissatisfied with the ordeal although I feel like it was more to blame on UHaul than the pick up location.STEVEN K.

Jose Cuervas, was misleading and lied to me on price. I was supposed to have truck at 9:00 on the 26th along with a car transporter. The total given by Jose was $2000 out the door. The truck wasn't ready until almost 1, leaving me with people that were helping us load the truck with nothing to do then leaving. The transporter was NOT ready and Jose said not to worry he would personally drop it off.on Saturday morning he text my son and told him to go to another location to get it, when I reminded him of our conversation of him delivering it he stated I don't know what to tell you and DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN!! My son then found a vehicle to use to go and tow the transporter, upon arriving to pick it up we were informed that payment had NOT been made and it cost us another $212, again contacting Jose who had told us when picking up truck and me asking several times, he stated you are all set payment is for everything. When payment was not applied and Jose was contacted, he hung up on us and was as rude as they come. I am so dissatisfied with how rude Jose was and completely disgusted in his handling of the situation. I can not believe a company with your reputation would want someone like him representing you. I would never recommend him to anyone. I feel I was completely taken advantage of and paid for nothing but aggravation. Also, the truck was said to have been in perfect working order and the brakes seemed hardly up to perfect standard, the air conditioning only worked if it was on #4 and traveling from CT to SC I am so dissatisfied with the uhaul from Jose. I have never met a more crooked and ruthless person. If I could have gotten my money back and had more time to waste I would have gone elsewhere and not uhaul. I also feel that when someone is bragging about their commission percentage and it's all off of you, it's just tacky. My recommendation would be to take this location off your contact list as you will probably lose more than customers. I am terriably disappointed with my u haul rental yesterday. First of all I went to go pick up my u-haul and the pick up place you gave me was closed on Sunday. Then when I got the passcode and got the gait open to get the truck it was dead. We had to call customer support and wait for someone to help. Meanwhile we only had a short time frame to move. After the truck was jumped we drove to our moving place and filled the truck. When we tried to start the truck it was dead again. We had to jump it again!!! and again when we went to return it!!! This was not only inconventent but it could have done damage to our vihicals. I need to here from someone immediatly about this. I am terriably disapointed in my choice to choose uhaul and I do not feel I should be charged for a truck that obiously did not work.MARK A.

Only comment was the fuel tank was less then half full when I picked it up. I did return it half full, maybe it was two or three gallons less when I picked it up. All else was good.MICHAEL S.
I had to drive 30 miles to get my truck. They gave me a 26 foot truck instead of a 20 I spent 90 dollars in gas to go 100 miles. I would never use uhaul again which is too bad since I will be moving about 10 people in the next month. Uhaul has forever lost my business.Andrew A.
Well, i would educate my help by making sure they know what they are talking about, this man sent my husband way out of his way like 1hr not knowing the area he used up the extra miles they gave us, then most important after spending the day moving from RlI to mass exhausted we went to the address they told us and it was an empty lot. I called the number that was for the wrong address and thank god it was u haul but a different area. We were exhuasted and so mad we had to make up for used gas and mileage i think i would go to Budget or another company next time. I think we were treated very well by the shell gas station in Billerica Salem st.But the first guy needs training and he should give us some of our money back. Thanks Cathy TatoskyJames T.

The drop off location was closed(gated) with no pass code provided to get in to drop off my trailer. I tried calling multiple times during their open hours to let them know I would be dropping the trailer off a day before it was due. No one called me back. I left the trailer in front of the gate and cut my hand on it tryin to position it put of the road, AFTER I moved all of my furniture out of it. Rough day, very bad overall experience.JACOB W.

Jose was wonderful to work with. It was freezing cold the evening I picked up the truck and he had it warm and toasty for me. He took the time to explain all the details of the truck and how everything worked along with all safe driving tips to ensure my safety and the safe operating of the truck to avoid any possibility of an accident caused by an inexperienced driver of this truck as he knew this was my first time renting a truck this size. Many of his safe operating tips I found myself needing to use and because of his care, 2 potential accidents were avoided. I am happy to report that both me and the truck had a safe journey to our destination without incident. Jose went out of his way to ensure a safe journey and I am grateful to him.
