You guys did a great job. This is the only thing I would do different. Is to not put trucks in a very remote area for pickup. Where we picked up was in the country area with not good lighting, it was on a business location where a guy operated a very small business... The lock box for the key was on a pole and was hard to see in the evening...I would recommend moving these very remote areas back into the city where the lighting is better and easier accessiblity. with that said, service was great.

The office said it was open yet the door said closed and it was locked no help at all. We had to do the drop off online. My family had always used uhaul. However this experience might have ruined us from every using your company again. You people put my move behind plus the uhaul auto transport trailer has a blowout on the interstate.

This location was found after my initial pickup location was closed when I arrived. That was not good. This location was good, though. Munn’s was very helpful getting us set up and on our way.

HELP!!! Never received credit for sweeping out truck & folding blankets. I don't think it was this locations fault, but vehicle check-in didn't work correctly & supposedly truck was MIA for days. If you break done or have a flat, 40 minutes on hold or waiting for a call back is ridiculous. Should have some compensation for sitting on the Interstate for 4 hours.

I first made reservations with girls at river road in mooresville nc..AWESOME PEOPLE...I BELIEVE IT WAS BRITTANY...SEE WAS GREAT.. THEN UHAUL CHANGED MY PICK UP LOCATION 3 TIMES..WHAT THE HELL... AS I WENT TO FINALLY PICK UP TRAILER...THE AGENT DIDN'T KNOW I WAS COMING AND WAS MAKING NEW RESERVATION AND HAD ME GOING TO CALIFORNIA....AND ESTIMATED ME OVER $800. HE WAS NOT LISTENING TO ME AND THEN SAID IT DOESN'T MATTER WHERE I DROP IT OFF.. NO COMMUNICATION.. NO IDEA OF WHAT I NEEDED AND WAS RUDE... THIS KIND OF PERSON DOESN'T REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY WELL.. NEED TO REMOVE HIM FROM SERVICE..HE COMPLAINED ABOUT UHAUL...AND LACK OF PAY FOR HIS SERVICE...I'M THE CUSTOMER...NOT A COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT... THE TRAILER WAS GREAT..NO ISSUES I WILL CONTINUE TO USE UHAUL...BUT...WILL ONLY DEAL WITH BRITTANY AT MOORESVILLE NC LOCATION... I'M HOPING SOMETHING COMES OF THIS... This location was fine. The first 2 where I was scheduled to drop off refused service and I had to spend 75 minutes on hold on the phone to find another location.

We were notified 1 hour before getting our truck there were none. We had been on the road for 3 hours already. Had to drive 3 extra hours to get a truck that we had to fill up with gas. Cost is a lot of money they we did not budget for. Communication was very bad. There was also a truck in South hill at 830 in the morning that we were top was taken. We drove by it at 10 that night and it was still there. We should not have to pay so much extra and could have been notified sooner. We’re told they were seeing this all week trucks not there yet we get a call one hour before pick up. This is not how you treat people. I haul should refund my money for all the trouble we went through to make things right. Very in happy and will make sure others know not to us uhaul ever again. Someone should make this right for us. We lost a lot of time and money and this to me could have been avoided if communication was better. We could have been taken care of different with a deal on mileage to pick up at a closer location. Was given the wrong address for the second pick up and traveled too far out of our way to get a truck the day of. So very unhappy with the service provided to me and my family.

I made a reservation at a dealer close to my home and when I went to pick it up, they had a sign saying they no longer did uhaul rentals. I also had to drive 40 miles to drop off the trailer since no one would take it in Bluffton SC.

The owner was on the phone 20 minutes and made me wait all that time. Great big dogs in a cage barking at me. Foul mouth. If I wasn’t in such a hurry I would’ve left. Miss treated the help. It made me very sad. I’ll drive a lot further to not go there again.

What was supposed to be contactless check in was not. I still had to answer all the same questions, sign in and this resulted in me receiving an insurance charge that I had declined when I did on line check in. I have tried 3 times to resolve the charge with Uhaul and cannot get a call back. It has been 6 weeks since my rental and when I needed a truck a few weeks since, I would not consider u-haul. Email or phone call. Simple customer service!

The location did not have moving blankets that we requested. Also ordered Safe move but would not have been able to sell a converter for my vehicle in order to hook it up. Friend let us borrow theirs once we learned of this location with limited services. I passed by the location that I wanted to rent from, a full service U-Haul, and they had 6 X 12 trailers in the lot. Nice person and helped get us started. No issues there.

Munn's Automotive LLC is Top Notch. Easy location to get to. Very clean lot. Plenty of room to back up to trailers which is what I rented. Everything was ready when I arrived. Quick and Painless. I would recommend Munn's Automotive to all my friends.

Owner was a compete jerk. Pickup was supposed to be 630. After receiving Uhaul notification via text to pickup at 630 he said he closed at 5 and won’t be there. Owner was abrasive with me and his employees. NEVER will use again!!

I went to 2 locations and both locations had issues with the computer program, picking proper dates, moving the dates, location drop off confusion. The first location the employee got on the phone with uhaul and told them she didn't feel like trying to fix it and told the person on the phone to do it. I went somewhere else. The second location was a bit more helpful and definitely more consumer friendly, although there were scheduling issues there, but that was uhaul system, not the person.

Oil and check engine light both came on within 2 hours, burning smell started about 15 minutes later. Called customer service and was told to call back during normal business hours. The morning of returning the truck, we found an opened pack for a sterile needle with the needle STILL in it while we were sweeping it out. I have an 8 and 11 year old who were helping unload the truck and thankfully neither of them picked it up to see what it was. It was in purple packaging so I thought it was a little toy of theirs that fell out of a box and I almost grabbed it myself. I will not recommend the location we picked up from to anyone, I would recommend they have a donkey pull their stuff first because they would have better luck with that. We use uhaul for all of our moves without issue and will continue to do so if this issue is resolved. The woman in Salisbury, Maryland at our drop off location was very concerned and helpful. This was a very important move for my family as well as a far one and our experience was extremely unpleasant and a constant headache.

This was one of the worst reservation I have ever encounter with U-haul rental, I was texted twice in regards to the cargo trailer pick up location changed. Both times I spoke to scheduling and I was assured that I could pick the trailer up as the confirmed location of 304 W Plaza Dr. However, I was told after the second change that I would have to pick up the trailer at a location some eight miles away from the confirmed reservation. The pick-up location was totally out of my way. Scheduling should be better informed.
