Told that they were not to touch equipment, a young man put trailer on hitch as I backed up. It was cold and snow, the young man looked at me and said I have no gloves and walked away. I stood there with no glove and hooked up the trailer while being watched and told what to do by another worker. Nobody checked lights, had to pull the trailer off the road and make sure everything was working on my own. As you can see on my account I have rented a lot of units, this was the first time I was ever treated this way, I will drive past this place before I rent from them if I ever need another unit.
