Trucks are supposed to be clean upon pick up. The cab had glitter and human hair all over the seats and floor. There were so many bugs on the windshield too. No issues with the driveability, just dirty.Jeffrey B.

Was told to arrive early in order to complete process prior to my rental time. Wouldn't let me start process until the scheduled rental time, made me late for my pick up by 30 minutes. Did the online pickup so I wouldn't have to go to counter, however still had to go in to get key. Then counter person wanted me to do the entire process all over again.Robert H.

This rental location overcharged me and did not fix the situation after being confronted and telling me they would take care of it. On top of that the van was dirty and the customer service was horrible! Stay away! Rent from a different location to save yourself a headache and money!Michael F.

I had a great deal of trouble with the app both checking in and returning the U-Haul. The person working at Munchies was very helpful and was able to help me get the U-Haul returned.Colleen R.
Truck was full of mud in the cab. The back of the truck was wet and sticky on the floor. Then the rental agent ask me about the mud in the cab, obviously they didn't check or clean after the previous rentalJames S.

I originally ordered 2 dollies to go with my uhaul truck. They were not put on the truck and I had to go back to get them. When I arrived they only had one on site. I took the one, but was still charged for two.Ryan H.

I was told if I returned the truck by 830 on 7 21.iwouldnt be charged for 7 21 ...I returned the truck at 830 on7 21 his return time was 1103...I got charged for a day I did not use....I would like credit for that day... not happy!!!Matthew P.
The person didn't know what the process was - we waited 20 minutes to be checked in and 20 more when we returned it - I would not recommend this location -also they charged .69 cents a mile which is a price gouge if you compare to other placesKathleen K.
truck is very old . Not working power staring . Very hard to drive that truck . We get before some time and that time we get like a new truck. But this time is very bad truck he gave me . Now next I be checked first to drive a truck .vishal K.
First of all, the employees didn't even understand how the self-rental truck share works. The first person I spoke with wouldn't give us the key right away and I had to convince him - he was nice about it at least. But when I got back with the van, some women met me outside, didn't even introduce herself, and stood outside the van waiting for me before I could even park it. I had to ask her if she worked there. She said yes and then took the key and went inside. I followed her and explained that I needed to finish checking in the truck on my phone. She wouldn't responsed or give the key back. She just kept asking my name. Finally I had to say â€œNo - I am going to check the truck in myself and I would like the key back now please.â€ I then went back out and checked it in and returned the key. I felt like she was trying to force me to check in with her to manipulate the charges or something. I found her very rude. If this location wants to continue renting U-Hauls, the need to understand how truck share works. I use it because I don't want to deal with rude people like this. I will never go there again - which is a shame because it's very close to where I live.Nathaniel H.
Really this place was good, I also had reserved a pickup truck to pick up at another location, but there wasn't a pickup truck to pick up. The website obviously didn't match what was in stock.Raymond W.
This location was awful. Waited for a half hour . She could not figure out how to do the return. She was taking walk in customers before completing my service. This is also a gas station //store.. just terrible.samantha M.
The staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing. I've rented a few places before and not had an experience like it before. The staff discouraged me from reading the contract in full by rushing me to sign the contract. Also I'm not sure if it's standard policy for them to write down my moving partner's information, but we were required to provide additional personal information from non drivers which seemed unnecessary and paranoid. Lastly the staff seemed untrusting and were generally unfriendly. If you MUST rent from here, you'll probably not have any major issues but don't expect the experience to be smooth. Otherwise I'd rent from somewhere else.Michael L.
This was not my desired pickup location and was out of the way. When I contacted customer service via your chat line the woman was less than helpful and seemed more like she just wanted to get off the chat. She basically could not help me get a vehicle closer to my desired pickup location and instructed me to call the local dispatch center and talk to them. After giving me the number, she abruptly sent the canned thank you messages and ended the chat. It was a waste of time dealing with her. I just left it with the assigned pickup location and there were no issues there. They were good to work with.Michael B.
When I first arrived I told the guy my name and that I was there to pick up 5Ã-8 trailer. He replies, "Ok. Be right with you." When he comes over he says, "For Lopez right?" I responded by saying yes. He continues saying, "Yeah. I don't know why they send you here because we don't do trailers. I don't even know how to hook it up too much all I learn about this was yesterday." He continued to take care of me being snarky and rude. He didn't have the appropriate tools and hookups at his location so he tells me there is a location a few minutes away. He continues by rudely saying, "Go over there see if they have what you need... You know what maybe they have everything you need and you don't have to come back here because we close soon (it was 4:20 and they close at 5" I go to the Uhaul location down the street and the guys there were amazing! But, they did not have a 5x8. I go back with the tools I needed and the guy at Munchies Express calls this random guy to hook up the trailer. The random guy comes, and hooks up the trailer and checks the lights on the trailer. Both guys come outside and the guy that works at Munchies says, "Im 95% sure this is put on right but if you want to check it take it down the street to the actual Uhual facility. When I arrive at the other l Uhaul location they check my trailer the guys are so shocked to find that the trailer was not put on there correctly. The gentlemen fixed it. Also, the guy at Munchies double charged my account for the trailer. The guy at Munchies Express was RUDE, and seemed like he didn't want to take care of me, deal with the trailer or maybe didn't want to deal with the uhaul process. Either way, I have never had such an unpleasant and unprofessional experience with Uhaul until this interaction.GABRIEL L.
Our location for pick up of our rental changed to the above address. When we arrived the uhaul site had no idea we had a reservation. He also did not have the size rental we prearranged. We additional were charged more than quoted on the phone.maria B.

My only comment is the vehicle was not cleared of snow and ice. I had to use my own personal snowbrush and walk through near knee high snow to clean off vehicle so I could drive it. This is the only complaint I have.David K.
When I arrived the cashier did not take my money and did not give me any paperwork even though I requested it. Later in the day during the middle of my move I had to spend an hour on the phone trying to pay my bill and had to run to the bank to pay by phone as I had brought cash to the location. Later I was charged twice both different amounts and the one charge will be held at least 5-7 business days.Ashley R.
