I received a uhaul with all the lights on the dash on. The uhaul drove really rough , was pulling. When I dropped it off I was told the Cadillac converter had been stolen and that’s why I experienced the pulling. That should have been expressed before pick up

The sound from the truck was deafening. I wanted to return it but had an appt that I couldn’t break. There were no shocks in the vehicle. I got sick to my stomach along the way. Simply the worst Uhaul experience. The owner wasn’t there so a worker took my info. It’s in a terrible area of Milwaukee. I didn’t feel safe and hated leaving my car there. I didn’t even travel as far or as long as I thought I would. I was even charged an extra $20 late after hours charge. If the owner had been there, I would not have been delayed by a half hour. Will never use that again. The truck was completely unsafe.

Take the truck out of service and fix it, dealer called me after I left the facility as one of his workers checked me out. Said he’s told U-Haul several times that this truck shouldn’t be driven, it sounds like a freight train and has check engine light on. Nevertheless, you gave me that truck and his worker didn’t speak much English so I kept it as I only put on 16 miles. The dealer was great and apologized, but was not at work and couldn’t stop and switch it out. Equipment was clean but not well maintained!

I was overcharged for this, they gave me the wrong sized vehicle than the one I reserved. I returned the truck with 3/4 of a tank of fuel and they claim I returned it with 1/8. I returned it at 4:00 the same day I rented and was charged for an additional 2 days.

I reserved my truck on Thursday the 28th of March I was supposed to pick the truck up at 8 a.m. 30th. At 10:30 p.m. a man by the name of Anthony text me to tell me that the truck had to go in for some unexpected maintenance. And that I would have to be inconvenience by picking the truck up at 9 a.m. instead of 8 a.m. I text him back to let him know that that was very inconsiderate rude and it was way too late for him to be texting me to make changes to my reservation I had several other people involved in helping me with this move not only that the truck had to be taken an hour away from Milwaukee to do the move and bring the things back to Milwaukee. At 6:53 a.m. Saturday morning March 30th he text me again and told me that I had until 7:20 a.m. to arrive or else he would be gone until 8:30 a.m. which made me very angry. I was under so much unnecessary stress pressure and overwhelming anxiety behind this inconvenience I would like to have a refund of at least $94.00 credited back to my Discover card for the rude disrespectful inconvenient nature of this rental. I brought the truck back at 3:30 p.m. and the shop was closed they were not supposed to close until 4 p.m. my truck was due back at 11 p.m. I brought the truck back in excellent condition clean and swept out and the gas was put back to a quarter tank which where it was when I picked it up.

I got switched to several different places to get me the truck I reserved several days in advanced, once at the location I waited almost and hour just to get the truck, causing us to have to move the time of moving to the next day.
