They could not get their card reader to work. He had to go to Walmart “to get a splitter”. Took forever to get the contract and pay. The dolly ratchets were badly rusted and did not work very well.

Was told after a while of being ignored by employees to just park it out back wherever I could find a spot. Office was very dirty and cramped. Not very inviting. Needs a good cleaning up. Looks like a junk yard.

Micheal RWhen I dropped the truck off, attendant told me I was all set. Didn't bother to check with me the level of gas or condition of truck and then after I leave chargers me for two gallons of gas. Unprofessional to say the least.

Jared MContract was for a 20 foot truck. Had a free upgrade to a 26 foot) assuming they didn't have 20 ft available). Truck is known to vibrate on the highway and had a shimmy in the front end.

MICHAEL CNeeded appliance dolly with straps they had none there. The truck was not clean in the back definitely not the front of the cab for sure. Definitely not cleaned. Also due to dolly issue was on hold for 3 hours approx. then arrived for drop off and they had no knowledge that they took Off the dolly when I was on hold. They were great in Augusta for sure.
Tammy Wif a product is in short supply ,you need to tell the customer up front so they can plan accordingly. when i wanted to confirm the district dispatcher told me there was no guarantee i would find a trailer. that statement could be very damaging to some people,in my case i drove 1000 plus miles to retrieve a car. now i am this far away from home without a way to get the car back.that dispatcher needs more training. at 24 hours from rental day another dispatcher told me they had one but it was it was 186 miles round trip from my location in maine ,this person assured me i would get the trailer and offered a discount for my inconvenience this dispatcher needs a raise she knows customer service thank you. the conversations i had with these people are recorded so you know who they are ,thank you

It took awhile for paperwork, and someone entered information incorrectly. The gentleman who assisted me was very pleasant and patient with the process and attempted to straighten out issues on their end.
