Vehicle was dirty and was not swept, Poor experience

No only because of area of city. Would be concerned leaving my vehicle there if I had a late evening or overnight move. Or if there was no one at the business.

Have the employee there not add extra charges to your bill. I had reservations for a tow dolly. I was told the price would be $100.30. It ended up costing me $154.26. I ended up having to pay an extra $40 for safe toll which I did not want. But I needed to totally then. I did not have no other way to go I had to pay it.

they offered to drive me back to my place which was 5 minutes away. That was really nice of them.

The station man was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately our car broke down the next morning. We had to return to mudea care car and leave it on Sunday morning. It was closed but we texted manager and took pictures to confirm it was returned. We have requested a possible refund even partial since it was returned next day to original location

Business lacked cleanliness and organization. Most people would not go there because of that first appearance. The equipment was ruff but did the job.

The place was closed at my scheduled time. No one called me. Guy returned an hour late Rude customer service I was overcharged Not given a receipt to know how much gas then charged

Everything went as expected with no problems. That was my first time picking up a rental by phone and I was a little apprehensive but the process seems to work great.

Provide an appliance dolly something that the customer can use to move heavy appliances Mr Clyde was very nice in assisting me with renting the U-Haul you need more workers like Mr Clyde he was very nice, kind and professional

The location seemed like it was a junkyard. I suspect they were 50 or 75 cars many of which were not functional. There was a decaying mattress right next to the trailer I had to pick up. Additionally, when I went to pick up the trailer nobody helped me. I had the main handle a 6 x 12 trailer because it was jackknifed into a corner and I cannot get my truck underneath.

The gentleman who helped us was amazing he helped us fix our wiring so we could pull the trailer he helped us with a few things and was very kind and funny I believe he made our experience the best I wish I could remember his name older black man either way he was a pleasure and I wanted to make his efforts and kindness don't go unnoticed

Truck was dirty and smelled like dogs. The cab reaked of smoke. The attendant was unconcernedabiut the conditions. Unfortunately there was nothing else available in our area for a one way rental.

I was overcharged for the u-haul. It was only rented by me on Saturday, April 16, 2022 and returned back the same day and I was charged for an extra day. Will be disputing the charges. Poor customer service.

I reserved a truck that was part of the Truck share 24/7 program so I could pick up before the location opened. I get there at my reserved time only to find out that I would have to wait for the location to open a hour and a half later due to the key being in the lock box because a previous renter dropped the vehicle off at midnight prior to my reservation. This 24/7 rental program is horrible and was by far the worst experience I have had with u-haul. The Owner of the location was great. It is u-haul’s 24/7 program that is horrible and needs to be discontinued until someone puts a little more effort into it.
