I rent Uhauls for work all the time. NEVER from MTI Business Center before. (And NEVER again!) They have fraudulently charged me two extra charges after I paid cash and I have the receipt. They charged me an additional $187.63 thus far! I already paid the $137.00 for the rental!!! The guy at MTI us NOT helping me. He has tried to overcharge me from the first receipt I received from him at triple the rate for the van rental! I told hi to fix that and he would not. I refused to pay that and called UHaul rep. The rep is not helpful at all. NEVER go to MTI Business Center in Sugar Land, TX!

This is the 3rd time I rented a Uhaul and all 3 times they canceled my reservation and made me drive 30+ minutes to pick up a uhaul rather than its original location

The online listing for the pickup location indicated that it opened at 9AM. With a tight schedule I was there at 8:58 AM, only to discover a sign on the door that said they open at 10AM. I had to wait for an hour and it set our project back by like amount.

I had a bad experience I rent for 2 hrs and the truck was not working in between had to logged complain and have to pay for whole day

I just realized I was charged for two rental days even though the reservation was for only one and the truck was returned was returned on time on the designated day.

I chose this p/u location due to where it was located on a map - Uhaul is not the main focus nor is it much of an interest to the people working there. The truck was clean yes - mechanically OK except I had to point out a flat tire as well as convince them to air the tire before I would take it. They don't have but 1-2 trucks and zero support if there happens to be an issue. People are nice but that can only cover for so much.

Agent was good. Your rental system sucks. Took me 50 minutes in agents office to do the rental AFTER reserving on line. And...I was only customer. System kept asking for additional assurance contact. NO...Also, took 20 minutes to turn in the truck after I was inside and again I am the ONLY customer. I had to download an app. to my I phone for a scanner ? Excuse me ? Very bad system.

People were friendly and helpful. They were a little unorganized though. Took excessive time to get me signed in and create necessary paperwork. In addition, truck was ready to go, but extra items we had reserved were not ready. This added to what was already a lengthy wait.
