The process of pick-up was initially a little difficult for me at first, because I've never rented before and not been in front of a live representative. After I figured it out, it was good.

Donna EFirst of all it took us over a hour just to be able to get on the app to even upload our drivers license so we sat in a place where we were not from for over an hour then check my bank statement and was charged late fees clean up fees and gas mileage when the truck was returned before the due time and gas was put back exactly what is was on when we got the uhaul and it was swept and cleaned out when we dropped it off now gonna take 72 hours before management will call back bad business unacceptable charges i will never rent from uhaul again

Mona BThis place is a scam! I bought the $10 insurance like I always do. When I got in the van I noticed the sun visor was a little cracked so I didn't touch it. When we returned the van, the guy bishop said we had damaged it and charged us the $150 deductible for the insurance. Seems like he took advantage of the fact that I had purchased the insurance. I absolutely did not damage the sun visor. And the time before that I rented from this place, they charged me an extra $100 because we didn't do the online check in when we returned the van. We rent uhaul vans often and never have problems. But This place is always over charging!!

RICHARD PThis location charged me 81 miles I did not drive! I had a video of the milage out before I took the vehicle time stamped 1 min after my contract was printed and the rep told me I was lying about the milage and charged me anyway. I filed a complaint with customer service they said I have to wait 72 hours for the field manager to address it! THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN ALL OF RETAIL! Even with proof of my miles in video they over charged me!

Ida JThough it has nothing to do with the pick up location, Uhaul allowed me to set up a rental for a trailer at a particular location and then moved that pick up location to another pick up point an hour away. The trailer they said was available was one that was to heavy by their standards at the original pick up location. So, Uhaul doesn't know where their equipment is if they allowed me to rent one type of trailer, and it wasn't the one at the location we had agreed upon, and didn't have a solution to this problem, and surely no discount for my incovenience.

Bernadine JThe U-haul employee name Bishop was very rude and over charging me on gas, and when I got the truck the gas Cap was the off and gas was spilling out the truck, I didn’t realize till people was yelling to tell me, I told him about it and his response was something in the truck should have alarted me and it didn’t, so he said he was gone call and report it, but call me a few minutes telling I have to pay for it and he waved late fee, but when I told him I was going to call haul corporate, he got mad a said he was gone charge me for an extra day on the truck, in that case he should’ve let me kept the truck.

Winnifer CIf you don't check the vehicle back in, they WILL charge you extra days even if you returned it well in time because they don't have people there on the weekends.

Samuel SThey really helped me out of a jam! I had rented a truck with Budget, trying to save a few bucks, and when I showed up to the Budget location they did not have my vehicle. They tried to rent me a beat up van that was probably for local deliveries only, when I was driving almost 600 miles one way. I went on the U-Haul website and saw that a 10' Truck was available at Mt. Moriah. I called to verify, made my reservation, and had my truck in less than 30 minutes. It was very clean, low mileage, and the insides had been sanitized. The man who rented it to me (I am sorry I did not catch his name) was super kind and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend renting your next U-Haul from them!
Alicia RI hate this location with a passion! The guy who runs this place is very unpleasant and unprofessional! I don't understand why they would change my reservation to this location one hour before i was to pick up from the Choctaw location! I will not be renting from this location EVER again!!!

Syed AThere was a lot of confusion and unnecessary driving around to get my equipment and to get answers/help on how to use the car tow. The lack of communication on Uhaul's end made this experience very stressful and unnecessarily frustrating. It took me from 9 am to about 7 pm to get everything I needed. Not pleased at all with the experience. The locations mentioned in this review were fine, but the others, which are not included, were not helpful at all.
