There wasn't anyone there when I returned the trailer. Earlier than due, but on a Saturday morning (28/2020) about 10:30am. So, with help from the car repairer from next door, we dropped it at the front gate. Not even sure it got checked in promptly, so I called the UHaul people where I rented it from on Monday to make sure someone knew about my return. Thanks,

I never rented a Uhaul before, the truck I originally reserved was not available but the substitution arrangements worked out great. It was easy picking up the truck as well as returning it.

My only complaint is that the dolly I rented was not provided. I should have checked to make sure it was in the trailer when we left. Otherwise everything was fine.

Everyone at uhaul that we spoke to about our broken trailer was wonderful. they all were helpful and professional. they helped us get back on the road and reimbursed us for our extra expenses. We were very glad that they made a bad experience much better by being so sympathetic and helpful.

People were 2 hours late in turning in a 26’ truck which was the only one available. We were in desperate need to pick it up that evening because we had people wanting to start loading us at 7:00 am the next morning. This location stayed open late till the truck got returned so we could have it. Awesome!!!

read my email dated 4/28 and responded to by Adam Wellington. The trailer was not checked in 4/30/2019 but rather 2 days earlier of 4/28 at 8:00 a.m. a time their web site said they would be open. I called the site and was informed they were not open today. No one was thereeor going to be there to help with the trailer. Quite heavy you know. I had the trailer 3 days not 5.

I scheduled my pickup for 7am at a facility that opened at that time. U-Haul sent me a reservation for this location for pickup at 7am. We got to the place and it did not open until 8am. Then, when it finally did open, the one man, Mike, who was able to process U-Haul orders was not there and we were told he’d be a half an hour. We did not leave the U-Haul facility until 10am because Mike was an hour and a half late. There was another man with the same problem (stuck waiting for Mike to arrive). We had scheduled moving plans that were completely ruined because of not being able to pickup up U-Haul at 7am or at least around there.

My reservation was all screwed up. I did not have a location to pick up a dolly until I located one. Planned a couple of weeks in advance. Nobody from scheduling answered phone for 2 days. Reservations sucked. Equipment worked well.

Everything was great other than the fact I dropped trailer before 9:00 and agent did not do his check in until 9:45 and I got charged 2 rental periods total screw job

The people were great to deal with... friendly and efficient. But the unpaved lot was rough and needed some simple maintenance. Major potholes and a groundcover of thorns don't make for a comfortable rental experience.

This location was called B&G Automotive at the entrance, not Mr Quick Pick of Santa Fe. There was no parking lot access before or after business hours, so it was technically not a 24 hr drop-off point.

I handed the keys to the personnel who took them and said that was all we needed to do. We did not go inside the facility at all. Very quick and easy

The employee/owner stated that the tank was full; however it was about 7 gallons short of full. I returned it full as I did not want to argue and also the gas gauge did not read where it should have when I put the amount of gas that would have it read the same as when I picked it up (between 7/8 and full, closer to 7/8. I paid about $21 too much for gas as a result.

At the last minute we were able to get a truck from Mr.Quick which was the location we originally wanted. We were unable to get there before closing time but they were kind enough to wait after hours for us to get the truck. Rented to two girls and they didn't take advantage... Nice thing about this location is the obvious dedication of its real estate to the U Haul side of their business.

The trucks drivers side door seal was not good and we had to listen to a whistle and wind for 9 1/2 hours on our drive. I suggest this be fixed. To spend this much money, the trucks should be better maintained.

Mike was so kind; he waited for us as we were coming in at least a half hour late. He removed the trailer so we could get our car and let us come back and get the truck to unload the next day. He was great! So was Edward who checked in the truck and gave final bill. This experience was the best I could hope for.

So here is problem number 2. I did not drop off in Santa Fe. I dropped off in Highlands Ranch the day after I picked up the trailer. I was also called by U haul asking when I was returning the trailer that I had already returned. Looks like U Haul has process issues on Pick up and Drop offs!!!

Called to indicate I was returning truck well before closing and person told me he had to leave and to just leave truck and close gate and put keys in lockbox. Was hoping to get a receipt. Accommodated, but not very customer oriented. I should have returned to location I picked up.

We did get caught in some rain a couple of times during our drive and the windshield wipers were pretty crappy other than that everything was good dude have to pull over cuz I couldn't see cuz the wipers were that bad

This feedback will be complicated as it involves 2 dealers and perhaps matters that are not under their control. I rented a 6X12 swing door trailer end of april. That trailer was very nice, multiple areas for tie downs great head room, etc. Also in April I reserved the same type trailer for the end of May. Two days before I was to pick up that trailer the UHAUL dealer called and told me the folks who were using the trailer I had reserved would not be bring that trailer back in time for me to pick up when I was scheduled to pick it up; however he would call around and see if there was another trailer available from another Santa Fe NM area dealer. Kyle?? called me back said he had found a trailer and we were good to go. Unfortunately when I picked up the replacement trailer it was an older version 6X12 with roll up doors NO ability to tie down and head room was lower than the newer trailer. I struggled with loading, tie downs etc. because of the configuration of the older trailer. I was to say the least very disappointed with the substitution. Ordering the trailer early and then not receiving the trailer, not being able to tie down items, and head room issue were not pleasant. Again perhaps that matter was out of the control of the dealer; however, it was I who suffered the consequences, NOT A HAPPY CAMPER with UHAUL.. I will say that both the folks at the dealerships were polite, professional and pleasant to deal with; however, as I am sure I had my order in before others that rented that day, and I did receive verbal confirmation that there was the trailer I had ordered available only reserved for someone else, there perhaps should be a que system in play and not a specific trailer assigned. Good folks not a good system and the old style trailers are terrible when compared to the new style.

I used the late check in option. Super easy to do, plenary of room outside the gate to maneuver the trailer and truck. I called the number after hours to ask questions and clarify my return and the person was friendly and helpful. Quick return and response via e-mail the next day as well.

I rented the vehicle for 3 days on a one way move. Returned it in 2 days. Brian Lane the regional manager refused to refund me the $40.00 per day charge. You just lost a very good, life long Uhaul customer over $40 bucks.

It would be nice if when we rented the Dolly for one day we wouldn’t get charged for four days. We only used it one day and returned it but we were charged for four days
