I have payed fully online the day before and the day that I went to get the truck they just made me sign a receipt over his phone and the screen was so little and they charge me for an extra 30 dollars insurance that I did not pick … when I ask him I was told it was just a hold that I will have it back after I return the truck …and they made me call everywhere costumer service locations etc…making me running around and I was tired of it still didn't receive my money back

Very odd location and full so hard to drop off. They charged me extra for gas when I left plenty of gas in the vehicle. I left more in the vehicle then when I picked it up. Frustrating!!

Picked up truck through mobile check in, but the blankets werent there. Had to wait an additional 20 mins past when they were supposed to be open to get the blankets when my movers were already waiting at my house. I order 3 sets of 10 blankets and was only given 27, when I inquired after i counted 27 she said she had previously counted 30 but gave me one more. After recounting it still only came to 28 blankets. Also the driver side mirror was cracked but not reflective in the pictures at check in so i had to text a photo to the pick up location to get it documented post check in.

Improve the app. It failed to allow me to pick up the truck, and it failed to allow me to do the online return. Fortunately, the staff quickly and cheerfully helped me do the pickup procedure, and properly took care of the return for me after I left the keys

This location was close to my office, so an easy pickup. It is a bit tight, but the workers are friendly and helpful. The unit I rented was first class.

The lot area was a little scary BUT dealing with him was phenomenal. Unfortunately, I forgot to get his name. When originally looking to rent, he let us take a look at the trailer to see if it would be the right size that would need. Also, when we came to pick up the trailer he was very helpful in hooking up and going over the process. I put "no" on the equipment being clean and well maintained. It wasn't bad. It had a couple of dents and was a little dirty BUT wasn't expecting it to be immaculate since it's been sitting outside. It served its purpose in hauling the items from Ohio to Idaho.

The people were nice that we rented from. However the process was not smooth and we were overcharged. Thankfully we had proof of the exact mileage because otherwise we would have just been out of luck. We've contacted customer service multiple times. The first lady was dry. The second guy Rene was helpful. The GM Steve has been difficult to work with. Overall not a good experience even if the truck is 19.99/29.99.

We had issue with tail lights, and Mr Foxy did everything possible to rule out the equipment (even replacing a piece of wiring), and when we finally found it was in my own adapter, he helped get it working and on our way. Would definitely use the location again.

Unlike other UHaul locations, this one does not give a paper contract with the initial mileage. Unfortunately, I did not verify the initial mileage when it was sent in a text message some time later. I was charged for 144 miles when I drove less than 30. It's my fault for not making sure that the initial mileage was accurate, but it still hurts to be ripped off like that.

No room at this location and in a busy location with on coming traffic . I was supposed to get a text message confirming the return of the trailer which I never got . I asked if there was any paper work or anything to sign I was told no and I would get a text .

I made an appointment for a 15 foot truck from 10-4. I arrived at the location and the sole employee was late. He then tells me they only have a 10 foot van and it's basically take it or leave it. He told me there is another appointment for it at 4. I receive a call at 2:45 saying I'm late and the people are waiting on it. He said the 4pm appointment cancelled and someone else booked... but never told me. I arrive back at the location at 3:10 and no one is there? On my receipt I was charged 2x for the 10 foot rental, and it said my return time was 7:50pm??
