A little interest is left in knowing the person as a customer who is Good, of the car or truck. If it has oil, if it has water, if the tires have air, everything related to the car rental, that everything is well under control and take personal interest in helping the people who rent the vehicles, for example, the truck was dirty.

Jennifer MThere was a note on the door that Internet was down, and to contact antoher location. Called that location and didn't receive a callback. Called UHaul Customer Service and spent almost an hour on hold, and never did get thru. Fortunately, I had set up a reservation, and managed to figure out the pickup process myself, on my phone.

Alexsander LThe trailers need jacks installed. I almost hurt my back trying to get the trailer disconnected from the truck. To me this is a SAFETY concern. trying to disconnect and fight the trailer to put on the small stand can truly hurt someone. Not only could it be a possible back strain, but the tongue of the trailer could fall on someone's foot and hurt it badly. This is only my opinion though.

However, the one thing that caught me by surprise was the final bill. I received a rate online, but apparently that changed. I didn't know that until I saw the final bill. I wasn't happy about that...
STANLEY HNothing could've been done to be a better experience. It was pouring rain when we picked the uhaul trailer up the guy helped us in every way he could we were all soaking wet but there was no complaints and was very helpful. Other than the weather could not ask for a better experience.

JERRY BThen, when i go return it, my husband lined it up with all the other trailers. The man running the place gets upset bc my husband dropped the trailer without a jack stand. The place in austin had them on the ground. He complained that he wasnt strong enough to pick it up. I told him my husband could pick it up, he said no, and went to tell my husband about how he couldnt pick it up, husband told him he would put it back, and also, move it to some weird spot on the lot. Listen, if you cant handle the job, get some help. We got lucky my husband could pick it up, but he shouldnt have to. The fact that the trailer didnt have a jack stand shouldnt fall on the customer. They had jack stands last year. Now you have to buy one to use a trailer once. Hell, add 10 bucks to the tental for one. We had a 4 day move, my husbands back is injured, but he does things anyway that need doing. I know he was beyond exhausted. I wasnt happy with this rental. The one the year before went super smooth

Vernon YThe drop off guy was rude...he cussed at me...called me a liar...threatened me, and told to get off of his property an never come back. This was a very bad experience and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Clyde JYou are only asking about location I picked up. Unfortunately this was the 3rd place u sent me. My reservation was at the i45 location and truck wasnt there. They sent me somewhere and no truck still. Finally got truck at the 105 location. You cost me over 5 hours of travel time because my vehicle wasnt available even after I booked week in advance. Very frustrated to say the least

patrick mIt was not the location I reserved at and I had to drive an additional 20 minutes out of my way. Uhaul did give me extra miles to cover it. The challenges I faced had to do with being quoted $144 for the truck over the phone and being charged $156 when I showed up at the pickup location. When I called Customer Service, I was put on hold, then transferred back to the automated phone line, then passed from one rep to another and finally the last rep said they would get back to me and fix it. We will see.
