dirty rain spots on windshield, slow service
David LThe truck was caked inside in dried mud, and the gas tank was on E, I was unsure if there was even enough gas to get to a station.
Batbara VI had a reservation for 9 days keys were left in the building got a call they helped me get a huge truck that cost a bunch more and was breaking down. Still had to pay full price no discounts. I will not use again

Leanne WSteve Stark worked very hard to get all the information and to get the car dolly hooked up to my truck. He helped me get everything in the computer, and was just a LOT of help. You need more people like him. He was great!

Martin DOn 5-25-2021 I stop by this location and ask if they had a 6x12 utility trailer they said yes so I was going to reserve it and he told me I didn’t need to he would have it there Friday for me to pick up But when I return on Friday 5-29-2021 that trailer was not there so I had to get a different on YES I was upset but needed a trailer

David FAs far as pickup, parking, and availability it was fine. But like the typical uhaul dealer experience its lacking on service. Truck was filthy and hadn't been actually touched. There was mud on floor board and dog food. The back was never swept out. Windshield was horrible. Its obvious that dealer had not performed return inspection and cleaning.

Joseph TOne issue I had 2 reservations and only got one location so I drop both off at that location. When I tried to use you off hours return did not work and I drop keys in drop box before I found out it did not work. Call to get advice and help and first person gives an attitude and does not help. Call again later these 2 people were helpful and friendly and helped with what they could do.

Steve SIf the item is non returnable on certain days, it should be noted when making reservations. When I reserved the trailer I was told my original chose did not have that trailer. I choose another one location. My reservation was to return it on June 10. They were closed and charged me for another full day to return it at 8 am on June 11. I have returned rentals on Sunday before when other locations were closed and had no issues.

nonabah nIt took the Ponca location almost 50 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I left. They had gotten the information wrong in the computer for my reservation so all that had to be changed. Then the uhaul system wasn’t working properly so my receipt wouldn’t print, which wasn’t their fault, rather the uhaul website. I was pleased with the customer service and the man was very apologetic. It just took quite a long time to get everything straight and to get my receipt. The truck was awesome and worked great for what I needed. Overall, I was still very pleased with my service.

Tristan HU-haul sent me and my sister all over Kansas to get a truck when she was trying to move from Oklahoma. They email her 2 guarantee pick-ups then moved them to other parts of the country. SHE NEEDS TO BE REEMBURSED. We had to completely change our moving dates because U-haul didn't have trucks where they told her they would be and even sent confirming emails. You customer service hung up on my 3 times when I told them about this. I am finished with U-haul personally, however you need to reimburse my sister for the 2 reservations she made under Kaleb Cervantaz and U-haul messed them all up so we didn't even get to move her out on the weekend she was supposed to be out. Cost her a lot of stress, money, and agony!!! Shame on you!!!
LaDina PThe call center called to try to have the truck dropped off at a different location due to over booking trucks I would guess. I booked the truck for 24 hours due to the longest time available on the website. I told her I would not be completed by noon the next day as expected.The lady (Janice) from Tulsa Oklahoma in which was a supervisor was very rude in stating that you only had the truck reserved for 24 hours.

Spring CThe place smelled like cat piss & cigarettes, my kids & husband had to stand outside. We had to wait 30 minutes to be helped. He asked if I wanted insurance, I said no, then he charged me anyway. I asked them to save a dolly on the phone, they didn't give it to me then & I had forgot, so I went back & they didn't have any. I was charged for 10 miles even though we only drove 4, then I put an extra 4 gallons of gas in it just to be nice, only to get charged twice the agreed upon payment. This place needs to be shut down. Oh and good luck getting anyone to help you on the phone.
