Trenton MilamJust insure that the trailers, car hauler and other towing equipment has tags. I would also ask that you give customers a chance to get the check off completed. I was having trouble getting hooked up to the car hauler and when I went to do the check off, the link in the text message I received was no longer active. Thank you for your help.

DAVID INGRAMFirst u-haul I received had issues. Then got another. It was better. U-haul in general: y’all need to make your rates per mile lower after you reach so many miles. That price is steep. I would rent from other places but y’all seem to have a monopoly on it. Getting a extra charge for going over projected mileage is shocking. Y’all need to have a discount rate after say 250-300 miles. I know it’s all a gimmick. Screw the costumer. Get all you can out of them. You do this because we need you and you can control us in what we pay. Just think about it

Carla MurrayWe had a terrible experience. I booked the Uhaul online the day before. On the day of, my father-in-law goes to the location (not movietown, the one on Hwy 51 in Madison, MS) and the sales clerk there tells him our Uhaul has been double booked. The clerk then decided to give the Uhaul trailer to the other customer because they were “friends,” and he said all of this openly in front of my father-in-law. Then, he made him drive to the movie town location where they had another one. So rude. So unprofessional.

Sam RiddellThey are a valued asset to your irgabization abd deserves to have more types of equipment available to make THEIR effort worthwhile as they are the only ind near Madison, Ms. i was dissappointed to learn that my original location was not where I was directed to causing me extreme stress trying to make the 1300 closing time! I was told that KMA towing and recovery has been closed fir iver a year! You need to find out why that regional manAger is NOT doing his/her job and kerping Movietown supplied with all types if equipment and why KTA towing is still listed as an agent! Uhaul computer sustem knows why equipment is and should not be redirecting rentals as this creates havic for the renter olanning. This is teice it has happened to me! I requested a call and not text but got a call instead!

When I was only moving 2 miles to my new home.
Thomas FunchessI believe when a customer makes a selection on where they would like to pick up, that's the location the equipment should be available. Not sending your customer 20 miles OUT of their way to pick up reserved equipment. The staff at the location I was sent too was great. Kat was extremely nice. I appreciate her helpfulness
