Oh my GOD there are a million things to say here Your customer service employees are RIDICULOUSLY unprofessional and not caring about the customer We tried to do mobile pickup yesterday and a) it said my GPS indicated I wasn't at the right spot even though I was and my GPS was very accurate (within 5 meters or so) on google maps, b) the screen took forever to load on every step of the some 10 step long process on the phone c) it didn't approve my drivers license photo d) the customer service person we had to call because of all this was definitely high as fuck and mumbled everything so softly i had to ask him to repeat everything a million times e) when he finally approved our pickup the wrong code and the wrong truck was given to us and f) the truck was parked in a bunch of weeds we had to walk over and g) when we called again they couldn't figure out the right code and sent us home WITH NO COMPENSATION even though we were there for ~90 minutes trying to do all this Completely fucking ridiculous, shame on this location

They told me they would charge me for just one day and didn't.Sent a email today .Havent heard anything.Had a bad experience with this location a while ago had a reservation July 1 and gave away me truck.Will not use this location again.

Van had the engine light on and it said check engine oil soon. Called Uhaul. Roadside assistance would have taken upwards of 2 hours to arrive. It’s possible I wouldn’t have been able to drive it even after they arrived. So I just cancelled the whole order. What a waste of time! Go with a local company instead. I called Advantage today; it is more expensive but you pay for what you get!

It's nothing to look at (essentially just a parking lot ), but I received the truck I had reserved with no problems and the individual on staff was knowledgeable and managed the long line of customers well.

We rented our uHaul truck and got to the lot to pick it up but the truck That was supposed to have the keys in the back was not in the lot. Us and another couple was waiting in the parking lot for over an hour with no way to even get into our uhaul. We never got into our truck and wasted our whole night! I demand a refund this is absolutely unacceptable! I wouldn’t recommend U haul 24/7 pick up to anyone. It’s a waste of time and money. Whoever owns the lot and thinks it’s a smart idea to let the someone take the truck that has all the other trucks keys in it is an absolute idiot.

The car broke down on the highway we were stuck on the side of the roady from 9pm till 1 am and when the tow truck came it didn't drop the load we had to the front of the house as it was too big and we had to without any help move the items a block away. It was a terrible experience and we should be charge for this rental at all

Was charged 2 times and rented equipment to assist in the move ...was told they don't offer that service at that location...when I have seen the person before me take the equipment that I had rented and per paid for...what a joke. There was NO gas in the truck ...so that was my first stop to the gas station. Booked the truck for $29 and my move was KM was 10 also I refused the insurance for $15 was also charged for that ...so my total move was $61 also $77 charged to my credit card twice. Sent and email still waiting for an answer

I was unbelievably unimpressed with the uhaul provided to me. I was moving to a new home, which involved my mattress, bedding, etc. and the uhaul provided had VERY clearly been used for animal transport prior to me having it. It smelt if barn and manure inside the truck. Not only did the smell cling onto my mattress bedding, but it was also very dirty and brought on my allergies! I began to react horribly during the move process, and lasting for several days, which only added to my negative experience! Please contact me.

Very dirty u-haul. I've rented it many times before in US and this was my first time in Canada. u-haul was in a very bad condition and extremely dirty.

When I went to pick up my vehicle I was told that my reservation was cancelled. I never cancelled it. Luckily there was 1 cargo van left, otherwise I would have been severely inconvenienced. Everything else was fine but I was concerned about the cancellation that I never authorized.

Were closed when I arrived even though they were listed as open. I phoned uhaul and was told I could drop off the vehicle and post the keys through the letter box. I did this and then got an email saying I had been charged an extra day because the vehicle was returned late when in fact it was early. Called again to complain and was told they couldnt get in touch with this branch and someone would call back to deal with the issue. 3 days later still nothing. Avoid avoid avoid.

Hi there, I arrived to your location to pickup my truck and was unable to use the truck because I did not receive the keys. I was under the impression that the key would be LEFT in the dropbox upon arrival or -- at the very least -- then left by the attendant after they left. When I arrived, I hopped on live chat, which was SUPER fast but then was left disappointed. The gentleman asked for my cell number and called me straight away. He said he would look into it and try to get a hold of the office, which he said should have been OPEN until 6 (this was around 5:40pm). I then did NOT receive a call, no email followup, and was left at the location for over 40 minutes trying to figure out what to do. After waiting on him for 20 minutes, I tried live chat again and was told by (Brandon?) to call in to the call center (which I already did). I waited for 15 minutes on the line the first time, then another ~25 minutes on the line and was kept on hold. Eventually, I left and used Enterprise CarShare, which I was able to retain (WITHOUT A BOOKING) in about 10 minutes. Keep in mind that a 4-hour window for a U-Haul obviously means that my time is sensitive; there are others thing that were grossly affected: my elevator booking in the building I was moving into, my storage from a friend was overstayed by about an hour, and my helpers were left waiting. I would like to understand what happened here. Why did I NOT receive a call until 9am this morning? The gentleman mentioned a full refund would be issued, but I want more. What about my hour of wasted time then having to go to your competitor? I would like a credit issued on TOP of the full refund of $50. I also do not want this refund issued late. I was charged for a service that I did NOT use. The truck did not leave the parking lot. Please advise what happened and what will happen next. Google review left at 0/5 stars. Location review left at 0/5. This is sad service for 2019. Get it together, U-Haul.

A homeless person seemed to have been squatting in the truck we rented. When we arrived to load our truck we discovered clothes, cigarettes, wet blankets, a panhandling sign, etc in the back of the truck.
