nikeisha wThe truck would not reach highway speed limits the whole trip. It had to be filled with gas on 3 different occassions. It was NOT fuel efficient like it says on the truck! $250.00 in addition to the price of the rental. I have receipts!!!! I want some of my money back asap! Ridiculous!!!! I used Uhaul before on the same trip, same size truck and only had to fill up once. This was crazy. The truck couldnt keep up with my van as my partner in front of me only drove the speed limit.

Ricky JI was not informed that my truck was at this location. I was told my original pick up location did not have it, so I had to go to Majestic Mobility and do a mobile pickup. This delayed my packing by 2hrs, so I was rushed to move. Also, the mobile app is confusing. It listed my dad as the contract holder, but I am the contract holder and he is the driver. The self pickup is not convenient. And the communication is lacking.
John DWaiting for code to get in the key box was a serious pain in the ass. Took way too long. Charges for the purchase were double what was understood. 39.99 is not realistic unless you are moving next door to your current domestic domain. Issa hoax!! ?? do better U-Haul
