After having to pick up at a further location that I booked at, I was told I would get a 50 mile credit on my invoice. I do not see that credit was issued. Please contact me at 832-286-6502 - Bill Heuer (Owner)
JASON SUpon arrival I parked next to the truck I had scheduled. When I attempted to check it out using the UHaul website I was directed to a phone number because of a problem with the equipment. I was told by the help line that the truck was not available and my reservation was modified. Modified reservation would not allow me to pick up a different truck until hours later. After talking with on-site staff, the truck was checked in and I booked it in person. When I went to the same location to return the truck the website told me it was due at a completely different location far out of the way. After returning it I find two separate charges on my card. I only ever used one truck. The online check out/check in system is far less convenient and reliable than simple in person rental.
MARTIN MIt’s not so much the location as it is the mobile pick up and drop off there’s to much unknowns and I got charged an extra day and didn’t have the rental for two complete days very disappointed

Lucaus WI reserved a cargo va - they put me in a 26 foot truck The 26 foot truck did not have the appliance dolly in it. I had to go through the backs of multiple trucks to find the equipment I needed, and then utilized customer service via phone to get moved into a smaller truck. I understand that with the hokidays, the last thing anyone in this office wanted to do was be On-Site but this was ridiculous. It ate enough of my time fixing their mistakes, that I didn't have time to stop and fill up the tank on the way back, so there is another fee for the 4 gallons of gas I used. And I was charged .89 per mile, which is the rate for a truck, when my original reservation was for a van, and I was put in a truck because they didn't have a van available. Ive used Uhaul for every move since 2017 (and for corporate moves prior). This has to be the single worst experience I have ever had with your company.

Thomas CThe windows of the van were very dirty and we had to clean them. Disappointed in being charged a $20 after hours fee due to dropping the van off Saturday evening. No work on the part of UHaul rep when I picked it up on Friday--she didn't even come out to the van with me. And I did all the work in dropping off the van Saturday evening to record mileage, etc. Feel is this is an unfair charge for the rental.

Steven RMaintenance of vehicles. Two vehicles we rented both had engine light on and problems. Customer service NEVER responded to email or calls. All kinds of problems with not having vehicle day of agreement. Having us travel 75 plus miles to pick up different vehicle that was supposed to be running but again had engine light on. Not putting our fillies we rented in 2nd rental we had to go get bc of engine problems. Basically did not care took thousands of dollars and told to screw off. Complete rip off. Cost me days at work and hire ppl to move large furniture washer dryer bc No dollies, emailed several times called they did nothing. Will NEVER rent from uhaul again.

Ramon GWe requested a furniture dolly and when we arrived, the receptionist told us since they were not a true UHaul, they did not have those types of items. I believe add-ons should only be offered if they're actually available. We also wish someone would have at least called us after we made our reservation to let us know we would not be receiving one, rather than showing up the day of our move and being told we would not receive one.

Mario MU-Haul is the absolute worst. I gave 5 stars because the location was great. The ladies that run it were helpful... BUT every part of my interaction with any U-Haul products or services was a terrible, terrible experience. I have moved over 30 times as a military member and the shit I had to go through to get this U-Haul this time was so absurd. I will never use your app, software, or systems ever again. I will work with the locations, because they are actually people that give a fuck, unlike U-Haul corporate.
Jeremiah PAllow customers to fill in review info later. This should just be a simple mobile drop. "Here's your key, here's a pic of where I parked it. Thanks" After a long day of moving, nobody wants to stand there and fill out review questionnaires. We like doing such things on our own time. Gracias.
Michael WIf the store is open during specific hours and I return the truck during those hours and you close shop for what ever reason during operating hours I should not be charged an extra 20 dollars for it. I did t do the virtual check in because I brought it back before the office closed. I received a phone call 20 mins later and said that I will be charged if I do t come back to do a in person check in. That's ridiculous.
David ROnly had one issue. At the time of returning the truck the place was closed. Manager has to run between two stores. Had to wait for them to come back and finish the returned process.

GRAEME MI think whatever issue caused me to be unable to update my drop-off location to the correct place & upload the pictures I took needs to be looked at. If someone had drained the fuel or broke into the truck while it sat there all Sunday afternoon at the drop-off location in Spring, TX, until Monday morning, it might have been held against me, which is scary to think about.
