They need a easier way to return the Uhaul trucks. The system they have is complicated, especially if you've never done it. We were there 2 mins early and they had closed. The manager came out and told us to use the box and follow the directions. Ok, she could have taken 1 min to check in our truck. No we were out there for 30 mins trying to return it. It wouldn't check it in and the system was slow. Why can't they just have a system that you can just scan the truck keys and it would check in the time and date. We were charged another day bc the system was complicated. Not right, why did they close a few minutes early? I can't afford to be charged another day bc they decided to leave early on a Saturday. The manager should've taken care of her customers first. That's what makes people come back. When people like their jobs and are willing to help, even a couple of second. Or she just could have helped us outside.

Christina GarciaWasn’t open when we came to pick up. Manager said it was because reservation wasn’t showing in their system. They were really nice, but I had to wait thirty minutes outside the door. Uhaul customer service completely unavailable…they said I’d have to wait 50 or more minutes for someone to talk to on the phone. Awful.
