There was no one there place opens at 10 but drop off had to be by 8:19 had to do online drop off

JIM OWhen I reserved the UHaul truck on line, the location did not show on line the closing hours at 2:00 pm on Saturday. We flew in and did not get to the store before 2:00 pm as the plane was late. We also could not talk to anyone until Sunday and was put on hold for 30+ minutes. When we picked up the truck on Monday morning, the manager got confused on which truck to give us! After completing everything on line, we had to complete it again in person! Why do you have internet service if it is not monitored?? I was not a happy mover!
