Jorge LWhen I did go there There was a truck which I need but there was no appliance’s dolly! But I did rent it online 1 day ago. And I was shocked when they said “we have no dolly” So I did get truck but i couldn’t do works without dolly. And I turned back to location and dropped off truck. Why did rent uhaul truck ? Why did I pay for this ? And I always trust u haul and I always work with U-Haul. But my experience was terrible

They gave me a truck that was there and stated I had to have it back by 9am where I reserved a truck for an entire day. My rental was for an estimated $55 and they charged me $100. I need someone to credit me for my inconvenience and the extra money I had to pay and lost time for waiting on a truck and having to rush to move my items as I only had 12 hours with the truck instead of the 24 hours in my original reservation

James CFix your computer system. I was not able to reserve a truck ahead of time because the system kept giving me a message to check a box that was already checked. It also took an extra 45 minutes at the shop because your computer system was slow as hell for both me and the person ahead of me. he wasn't able to give me paper copies, just emailed receipts. the clerk did great but y'all need to get your systems working better.

LB BShows they open at 9 they don’t open until 10 my pickup was at 8am rideshare U-Haul said they had to change it last minute because they didn’t get the truck ready Guy at store said he never received the order but somehow had all the Dollie’s and mattress pads stacked neatly together waiting for me DONT know/care who is at fault because they were just blaming the other person In the end I’m the one that has to wait 2 hours to pick up a truck and they didn’t even say sorry

QUAMR MWe had a schedule to pick up the truck at 10am. The store was closed. Had to wait 15 minutes for the employee to show up. By the time we got the car key it was already 1030am.

Anne BUhaul truck was in a field and not easy to find. There was no signage indicating location of truck. Actual U-Haul was well maintained and key lockbox was easy to use.
