Customer service stinks at this location. Employee locked the door during store hours, and finally came out after I banged on the windows, looking like she had just woken up.

Charges me too much when I returned in the right time
Jose FUse locations that respect U-Haul and its customers. If they don't want to do business with U-Haul or its customers, suggest removing them from the U-Haul rental system. Thanks.
joe cStrong bad odor inside truck cab, AC didn't work, no dolly that I reserved, tow light dashboard was on, part of the dash by steering wheel was coming off, window roll handles were missing on both sides, someone else's property was in the back of the truck along with some other trash. It was very difficult to roll down windows in order to stay somewhat cooled off since AC was broke. Nothing was said about it prior to taking truck. The lady that helped me was polite and professional. The hired movers that helped me move said that it was the worse uhaul truck they have seen and they see lots of uhaul trucks being hired movers. Thank goodness they had several different dollys with them. All in all, not a good experience with the truck, very disappointing. Won't recommend anyone to use them. I paid way too much money on this terrible unkept uhaul truck. I should get a refund of at least half of my money I paid if not all of it.
