I ordered a dolly and did not get it...went back and they were closed for lunch so I will Wasn't able to get it. When I turned in the trailer they charged me for the dollyI never got. I spoke to the original person and he said he would credit me for it but still have not seen the credit.

It was pouring cats and dogs when we arrived to drop off. The employees were still cheerful and made quick work of unhooking the trailer and getting us on our way.

The windshield was covered in bugs. The dealer was very accommodating and friendly though. Maybe when the butterflies are migrating consider more frequent washes.

Trailer was dirty but only trailer available at the location. Had no problem on trip, 1200miles, towed very nicely.

I did notice that while breaking on the loaned van there was a bit of squeakiness and a bit of roughness; I believe it is normal since the van is parked for long periods of time, but its just something I wanted to comment about. Other than that it was a great experience, being my first time to loan a van from u-haul or any other company.

The man at the McAllen location is especially good at his job, making sure I understood the walk-around, made sure I understood how to connect and reconnect the trailer. I would rent from that location every time.

This place was great. The only reason I didn't give them full stars was because after our 8 hour drive, we found out the safety chains were not connected to our car from the tow dolly.

I returned the trailer that I had rented, just as the employees that worked there were leaving, they still took the time to help me disconnect the trailer and do the return paperwork. So kudos for great customer service.

Regular equipment inspection recommended the average renter is not going to assume they need to check fender bolts or other items that should automatically be in good repair..

I was supposed to pick it up on hey 107 Even went there the day before to make sure When I went to pick it up next morning they didn't have had to go back to where I had put in the reservation, they had note on door be back in one hour , so they cost me a lot of time of getting on the road
