I scheduled a 10/31 1:30 pm truck pick up but the staff made us wait until 2:25 pm. when i talked to her, she said she was out to lunch and she was by herself. Prior to the pick up time, i alctually called the office at Industrial Drive in McAllen office to be reassured that there will be someone at the office since its Oct 31st. i talked to the woman there but i forgot her name and she assured me that i have a reservation. Still , we waited until 2:25. She reasoned out that she was byherself i told her that had i known she wouldnt be there at 1:30 inwould not have scheduled the pick up. But she answered me arrogantly and said “so did you still wan't to rent the truck?â€. I was very mad when she asked me that but i had no choice but to get the truck.

Apparently the person who normally works the front was out on vacation. The gentleman behind the desk stated that he only worked in the call center and it was not his job to deal with customers. He was rude and treated customers poorly.

U have great service .I was really satisfied with the way my and my wife were treated and the way he explains everything! Yes I would recommend ur place to anyone who asks! Thank u for ur kindness and for ur services! I can't recall the name of the young man that was there! But let me tell u! He is an excellent worker! Good gentleman!

When we arrived with the trailer the convenience store attendant promptly let us know that he wasn't expecting us til the next day. Then had my husband park and unhitch the trailer alone in a parking lot that was on an incline without anything to hold it from rolling out into traffic. I WILL NOT be using this location again. VERY DISAPPOINTED Confused as to why such a location is a drop off location any way.

You need to TERMINATE this site as your U-Haul representative. VERY BAD Experience. Phone's not answered until 10:15 AM, though Ryan said they arrived at 9:45 AM. Their printer was out of ink so Ryan could not print my contract. Fuel level was WRONG on contract - said 3/4 full, but fuel level was 1/16. I got a copy of contract from THIRD UHaul location where I was able to rent dolly and pads.

I was overcharged. They were over hour late getting me my rental and the person there barely spoke english so there was a big communication barrier.
