On top of that I had to get a 26' truck and I only needed a 10-15' truck so rite I'm frustrated with the entire process and the manager at the return location only could encourage me to fill out the review and he really didn't want to take the time listen

Clinton FeltsDifficult to get into the drop off area. Drop off area is not paved so your shoes get dirty. Drop off area is sloped and the trailer needs to be constrained but the only thing they have to do that is pieces of broken concrete spread around the area. Only one person on duty so if I needed help I would have had to wait a long time.

Philip WeatherfordWhen trying to turn in the van, the android app could not find my location. It just said "attempting to access your current location. please wait." But it never worked. Other parts of the app, like finding the nearest location, worked fine. I had to usemy wife's iPhone to turn in the van.

JAMES DENTONNothing much has changed over the years: U-Haul has a virtual monopoly in terms of neighborhood locations, and the rates reflect that. I needed a van for a week, but no discount was offered, and the virtually obligatory "insurance" bumped my daily cost by 50%. I will think carefully about this type of rental in the future.

Tim StoreyThe equipment I reserved was not available when I arrived at the location. I had to move with a smaller truck and there wasn’t a dolly available, even though I reserved one. I was given extra free miles to attempt to compensate for getting a smaller truck. But having to make a round trip and a one way trip, left me having to pay for about 100 additional miles that I wouldn’t have had to pay if the original rental was available. My move was more stressful because I had to do multiple trips between College Station and Houston.

Brad DaltonApp/website experience was horrible. Was unable to get reserved vehicle without waiting in line even though all online information was given. Also, coke had been spilled in cup folder, papers left in cab and mileage was incorrect rewriting a second to waiting in line. Lastly, fuel level was incorrect requiring me to purchase additional fuel.

Christian SanderfordI requested a dolly. There was none. I was charged for it not only once but twice. I am owed a refund of $14 for something paid for and not received. Also I picked up late at 6:45pm and returned at 7:15pm the following day and was charged an additional day even though the business was closed and the unit wasn’t going to be used again that evening by anyone. I had a good experience the last time I rented a Uhaul, but after this ridiculous experience with not having the requested and paid for item along with being double charged I have found another source for the future and will no longer be using or recommending Uhaul services. When you are older and on a fixed income every penny counts.

The first location we made a reservation with in Batesville MS said they couldn't find a reservation and would try to locate a truck and get back with me in a few hours...still haven't heard from them and it's been a week. I had to find another location that was an hour and a half away and got terrible service there too
