I requested a dolly. There was none. I was charged for it not only once but twice. I am owed a refund of $14 for something paid for and not received. Also I picked up late at 6:45pm and returned at 7:15pm the following day and was charged an additional day even though the business was closed and the unit wasn't going to be used again that evening by anyone. I had a good experience the last time I rented a Uhaul, but after this ridiculous experience with not having the requested and paid for item along with being double charged I have found another source for the future and will no longer be using or recommending Uhaul services. When you are older and on a fixed income every penny counts.Tonya M.

Hello I am sorry to leave with a bad taste in my mouth but I'm not happy with it because the straps were worn and shredded on the ends and we both had hell getting thru the racket to tighten up! Hey by the way I loved the too sexy gals in the front office and the manager said they were going to close in 5 minutes and come in the back of location to check on the trailer hook up and lights which led to a pic of final check and when she bent down to get a pic her big boobs with showing her brown nipples left me s speechless and I got really confused as my verga swilled! To start, you could explain the check-in process for returning rental trucks. It was a drawn out process that would have been much easier with a written check list given at the time of rental.(with your contract) Other than that , a good experiencePaul S.

Never using uhaul again. The first location we made a reservation with in Batesville MS said they couldn't find a reservation and would try to locate a truck and get back with me in a few hours...still haven't heard from them and it's been a week. I had to find another location that was an hour and a half away and got terrible service there tooKenneth D.

The check engine light kept coming on, the transmission kept slipping in and out of gear. Definitely didn't feel safe driving that truck, which had 171,843 miles on itâ€¦.and still had to pay $169 dollars for 1 day?? Anyhoo stuff got moved, no accidents in truck and lady at desk was nice.DUSTIN C.

I had the worst experience of my life today. 1 hour and 30 minutes delay to pick up my rental due to a machine/employee issue. Lady on charge of the place was very impolite , In any moment tried to solve my problem. There was a gigantic â€œunprofessionalâ€ in that location. She overcharged my card in over then 30$. Worst experience ever, will never use uhaul again. Will never recommend uhaul to anybody. Will never use anything that belong to uhaul again. Strongly recommend better training for employee. I thought I had 3 days instead of 2 to return the truck. The office called me and told me if I could get it to them by 1:00 PM they would not charge me. I returned the truck just over 1 hour past the due time and was charged $55 for it. I then called and was told I wold have to call 800.Go.Uhaul to get corrected. Boy, where do I start? I ordered truck on line with 24/7 pick up. All was fine - received an email two days before confirming my pick up location and tutorial on how to pick up the truck. The day of pick up everything changed with ZERO warning. The location changed, the time changed, with no customer service when I called to clear it up. I know service and I received none from parent company. Very disappointed - just tell me in advance that 24/7 is NOT available at either of my two locations - put me off my schedule by two hours including the friends that took off work to help. Very small lot to return trailer on a Sunday. Several cars parked in what spaces there were. No place to turn around with a trailer once I was on their property. Wound up dropping trailer in their driveway which was not my favorite thing to do.SCOTT R.

The truck was muddy in the drivers area and in the back. Not terrible, but not clean either. Also this was NOT the location where I made the reservation! I was not happy to have to drive further to pick up the truck AND they did NOT have my documentation complete even though I submitted everything online ahead of time!Linda M.

I was told the day before pickup that a 5x8 was not available and that they had checked a 100 mile radius around me before they called. Then after being on the phone with them for 10 mins, they were able to find one. This was the main call center in Houston not the Bryan location. Also, the original 5x8 I picked up had a hole in the roof and was taped up to keep the water out which did not work.Cristian V.

I was originally scheduled to drop off at Warrior Fleet Services. When I arrived on Jan 21st to drop off the equipment I was told that they cancelled their contract with UHaul in Dec. 2020. Why I was not notified by UHaul to go to a different location is BEYOND Mel Haul should know better than that. It was a waste of my time and gas.TERRI LYNN T.

Uhaul had food crumbs all over the driver seat, the other seats had grease all over them, the trailer had a box in the back and dirt and trash all in it.Ashley B.
I made my reservation online for a truck and 2 furniture dolly's. They let me in the gate to get the truck and left to lunch before I had a chance to ask for dolly's then had to wait for 30 min only to have them tell me they didn't have any at that location and would have to drive to another location. I had to drive to 2 different locations because the second location they sent me to had only one! When I returned the truck I was told they could check it in for me and didn't have to do the self check in online, well when I received my receipt I was billed for 2 days instead of just one! Thankfully U-Haul customer service department was very helpful they refunded me the extra day I was charged and even refunded me some or the mileage!Allen A.
