In all honesty, Fernando went above and beyond in all phases of my rental. I forgot to check in properly on the mobile app and he helped me and followed up to make sure I was all set. Exceptional Customer Service!!! Thank you, Fernando

Two locations were fine. The location on County Road 129 was awesome. Plenty of space to park. Some locations are very busy and it is difficult to get in and out of the lot.

There is no clear parking spot for the 26' truck we were returning to this location. It was awkward and we had to call and get verification that where we parked the truck along the side of the small driveway was acceptable, which made me extremely nervous. I was on the phone for 10 minutes trying to figure it out. I do not recommend this location.

The woman who checked the truck back in didn't seem to know how to read the gas gauge and initially reported it incorrectly, which would have cost us quite a bit in extra fees. I explained it to her and she corrected it.

I tried to change the drop off location on the phone with the corporate office and it was a nightmare. I finally gave up and just drove to the location. The people who work at the local rental locations are great but the Corporate customer phone service is a nightmare. I was on hold for over 30 minutes and finally hung up.

Find a way to lock trailer. Upgrade software to recognise Taos Hinds location in Taos. Add address 218 to Taos location and uhaul out front. Also up software to drop off at Eaglenest location.

The experience of renting the auto hauler from this location could not have been any better. Fernando, the agent, was a pleasure to work with, and the trailer worked perfectly for loading and moving my antique auto.

Passenger side rear-view mirror could not be adjusted up/down. Very dissatisfied with those individual whom I first contacted. The first place I called (404 Spencer Hwy, failed to return any of my calls. The next location I called (Beamer) took the information and then told me I would be contact - I was not A third call was to set up a 10 foot truck but never did send an email or call for conformation. I called back the next days at 9:25am and upon reading back my email address a letter in the address had been recorded incorrectly - a new email was sent at 9:41 am that confirmed a pick-up time at Move-It for 10am. That was not a pick-up point near my residence. My over-all experience with U-Haul was not one to induce me to volunteer my opinion in favor of your company overall. The two persons I dealt with at the physical locations did their job, but the people who took (or did not) down the requests for a vehicle failed miserably to do their jobs and to follow up on whether the transaction was successful

I picked this location as being less than 1 mile from my house. I was surprised when I dropped by a few days before, and found that my rental was not yet assigned to this location and it could be assigned to a U-haul, 8 -10 miles away.

We were VERY HAPPY to locate a moving truck!! (THANK YOU!) BUT - when making the reservation, the small print indicated that the reservation is "Subject to Availability." That is scary when you have two days to vacate your flooded, condemned apartment. I left several messages with the number and received NO responses. Upon check out of the truck, I let the manager know that we would be returning the truck two hours early (I thought this would be helpful because rentals trucks are in such high demand right now.) He said he would be there and not to worry. I asked for his cell number (due to my nonresponse on the office phones belore) - and he said I would not need it - he would be there. Guess what? He WASN'T THERE. AFTER moving what was left of the muddy, yucky flood water stuff, I had to wait in my stinky clothes and in a town 50 miles away from my home for Mr. Manager to return. Upon his return , he offered no apology, no acknowledgement, no NOTHING. I know my emotions were on high mode, but I SPECIFICALLY ASKED if he would be at the location so that we could return the truck early. He had MY cell number and didn't even give me the courtesy of letting me know that he would not be at the location when promised. While I remain thankful for the availability and use of the truck, I am confounded by the lack of customer service this manager had for us. Waiting two hours was very difficult in our situation, and in my opinion, very unnecessary. He could have called us.

I was not informed that the rental was to be picked-up from a different location than the location where I made my reservation. It is my understanding that when this happens (moving pickup location) the new location is supposed to contact the customer to inform them of the change.
