A clear indication where the key box is cuz that location there is no key box I have to come in the morning to deliver the key, also my storage reservation got canceled because I didn't get to check in on the date of my reservation I picked up the U-Haul at 10:30 p.m. that's my reservation was on the same day and immediately got canceled. Went to the storage unit the next day to drop off some of my load's in the U-Haul I wasn't made aware that my reservation was canceled and would have to check in to be assigned one, I was forced to extend the U-Haul truck because of this it cost me an extra $40 because I wasn't notified that my reservation got canceled and I was no longer assign a storage unit. I've had a terrible experience with U-Haul and do not plan to use it for any moving service.Abram S.

Order # 23743485 I would not recommend this place to anyone. We were encouraged to return the truck when we were finished and the truck was returned that same day. The gentleman who rented the truck to us DID NOT mention the $20 fee for returning the vehicle after hours. I have reached out to customer and have had zero help from them. I was over charged horribly, and the property manger Andrew Little John , had a past issue with u-haul and was going to pass it off on me and the person I had driving for me , not to mention the truck was filthy inside and out and barely had gas in it if it wasn't for the fact I needed to move ASAP I would not have used this service, what's sad is I've used your service just the year before and everything was great someone should go to this location and see for themselvesDonald D.

Dropped off overnight. However, the League City ( 351 Gulf Fwy ) Jake and Jonathan were highly unprofessional. The threatened my safety, cursed at me and felt very uncomfortable with their aggression. Because of my experience, would not recommend Uhaul to anybody.Adam N.
This location was fine. The problem is that it was the third location we had traveled to that morning to get a truck, even with a reservation made days earlier. If the truck is not available when promised, UHaul should give a discount when they finally do get a truck available. Also, why did I have to travel to three locations to get a truck?????RUSS K.

We did all the check in and rental agreement on the phone because we had selected the mobile option. When we got to the screen that said to go to the counter and ask for the keys, the guy was helping some ladies and kept telling us that we had to wait in line because we needed to sign a contract. I kept trying to explain to him that we didn't need to wait and that my phone said "skip the line". He responded with attitude, "you can go to a different location then." Although at this point I was very annoyed because I knew he was wrong and we were just wasting time, I bit my tongue and waited it out. After about 10 minutes, he was still not done with the ladies but he all of a sudden said, "oh, Mr. Whitest I actually do see a note on here that says you're good to go" and he finally gave us the damn keys without even apologizing. Please do better at training your employees on the fact that there is a mobile option and recognizing when someone just neess the keys because everything else was already completed on the phone.Joe W.

The online scheduling as no idea what is going on at the location besides the vehicle itself. Do not rely on the UHaul App, call the location and they will let you know what they really have.Leonard M.

When I arrived I was not able to get the truck for over an hour because the keys for the truck I rented were not there and the website would not give me the combination to the lock box. After waiting 40 minutes on hold I was able to talk to a customer service rep and he helped me out tremendously. But I do think it's ridiculous that I still had to pay full price after not being able to get a truck until an hour and a half after my reservation time started.Ryan M.

If you're a minority of any kind, stay away. He'll turn off his conservative talk radio if he feels like it will hurt his money. The contract stated that I was allowed 47 miles, with an extra 40. The young man was very helpful, but I had issues with the tow dolly and had to return it, then the truck had a busted radiator hose and I had to get another truck at another location after filling it up with gas, and I had to take a lyft over to another location to get the truck we were 4 hours late on our move which caused us to lose our help on the move it was a disaster and I haven't been compensated for all the money I'm out of because of this.Vincent F.
