To start off they called an hour before I was to pick up the truck to say they did not have the truck and I could go somewhere else or get a different size truck... I had to wait almost fifteen minutes for someone to come to office.... When we got the truck the guy said it was half full it was 5/8 full.... My daughter dropped something on floor in the cab of the truck and there was pretzels under seat ( we don't eat pretzels) two masks thay were not ours.... Over all very poor.... I had just rented a month ago at a different location and it was awesome.... If this had been my only encounter with your company I would tell people to stay away from U haul

Make sure to check that the vehicle is clean before is returned my experience was not good , the truck was super dirty even a used face mask was on the seat that I don't want to touch , due to the pandemic we are having.

Originally assigned to drop truck at 2604 Raul Longoria, San Juan, TX. There is no U-Haul there. (4.5 miles x 2 vehicles) Called location phone # and instructed to drop truck at 300 N McColl, Edinburg, TX. No U-Haul there. (9.2 miles x 2 vehicles) Received text to drop truck at 2400 S Expressway 281, Edinburg, TX. (4.6 miles x 2 vehicles) Received call from "original drop location" in-route asking "thought you were dropping off truck at 300 N McColl". Responded "NO" Dropped off truck at final location. Wasted time and gas (18.3 miles x 2 vehicles) driving all over Hidalgo County just to drop off truck which should have been only 1.7 miles x 2 vehicles. Truly unfair and inconvenient to us. Worst moving experience ever.

The strap for the right tire was too short and would not latch on safely need to tow with a tow strap sent pics to the rental location. The location was great in service the equipment i rated poor due to non usability

the attendant was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will recommend all my friends and nonfriends to that U-Haul office. It was the very first-time i have ever rented a moving truck and i have to say that if I ever move again u-haul well get my business thank you very much for all your help, I know I should be mentioning the gentleman's name that help me but I'm so tired I can't even remember my own daughter's name or mine but please if you can thank him for me please I would really appreciate it his service was excellent he's a good person thank you very much for your attention.

Rented dolly for one day but was charged for 2 days. Requested refund of $7.50 but advised had to contact uhaul HQ because local store not able to refund or reverse overpayment. It's a hassle so have decided to kiss the dough goodbye. Must say the store and employees are polite and efficient but corporate refund policy needs an overhaul.

Next time when calling to confirm pick up have agent aware on proper time to pick up we were scheduled at 9 am and agent kept telling contract was at 12 noon. Great customer service is the key to keep guest returning to your business.
