Gerardo MThe vehicle clearly has a transmission problem. While driving it sounds like it goes out of gear And it makes a grinding sould, then it speeds up.
Famy MAttendent was professional, but stated I had to pay UHaul price to finish topping off gas tank, although I had just stopped at Exxon at the intersection gas station and filled the tank to full capacity, my son tried to add extra and the pump mechanism would not allow it. That truck needs to be professional repaired or the company needs to remove it from service. Renters are being charged for fuel that is not used. This is unfair practice ---- we work very hard for our money. I do not expect handouts,but I do expect "FAIRNESS". A VERY UNHAPPY MILITARY CAREER VETERAN".

Army REverything went well and the process was handled smoothly as well! The A/C in the truck didn't work that well. Possibly needs to be serviced. Maybe leave she sanitizer wipes for the user to wipe it down after use for the next renter. But other than that everything was great!

MANUEL UI am very upset will uhaul and will never use your services again! I rented a van for a couple of days and turned it in on time. I was advised how much my bill should be. An entire month later I receive a bill stating I had my rental over a month and I’m getting charged over $1500. Clearly an error but you kept my credit card on file in order to charge me for someone else!
Kakesha TI’ve rented U-Haul’s in the past many times. I’ve gotta say this has hands down been the best location I’ve ever been to. It’s no the typical poor customer service experience. I didn’t catch the lady’s name that assisted me but the customer service was absolutely amazing. U-Haul is lucky to have someone representing their brand so well. Thanks for the friendly service, clean truck and quick service. Glad I chose this place.

Kathleen FPlease try to correct the booking options on the website as few hours before the reservation (although the reservation was made days in advance) i was informed that i had to pick up the rental truck before a certain time which was an inconvenience. The rental truck was also infested with a large number of roaches which also got in the items that were placed in the truck cargo area during the move.

DAVID YThey wanted to charge for Insurance last minute. We never agreed to this on the phone when I called to reserve a truck. I was told to bring it back fill tank,even though they gave it to me with less gas. Once I finished using the truck they assigned me a location that suppose be close to me, but it wasn’t it was far away and on top that place was closed!!! They sent me another one close to me and finally dropped it off. I feel you guys were trying to add mileage to my truck so I would pay more!!! I’ll never rent Uhaul ever!!!!

OWEN SThere was some mud and a spill in the truck but nothing gross. The outside was clean. They didn't have a dolly which could've potentially been a big problem, luckily this it was not. It would be good to know these things BEFORE picking up the vehicle. The pick-up and drop-off went smoothly. Friendly. Quick service. Van ran well. All in all a good experience. Second time using this location and will use them again.
