Will BAlthough the pickup started poorly as the owner/operator was too busy selling a used car, he was very helpful once the transaction started. Initially his computer would not permit my vehicle . He called his district manager to rectify the situation.

Not happy at all with this whole rental this time and customer service sucked

Will BThe Owner of the business was great with his service to rental customers. However, the biggest down side is that it's a one-man operation. When he goes to lunch, the business is locked up with no customer rentals and check-in services. I don't expect him to do without eating during the day, but there are options like hiring a 2nd person, having lunch delivered or a bring lunch to work. There are a minimum of 4 local drive-thru restaurants within 1/4th mile - McDonalds, Dairy Queen, Taste Buds and Main Street Pizza (and more - Freiburgs, White Duck Taco, Bug'r & Barrel, Mid-City Grill, etc.)
Ronald JEmployees were friendly and got me through the process quickly. They listened to my concerns about the truck and said they were getting it into service because it should not have driven the way it did for me.

Florian SGreat experience. I actually arrived the evening before my scheduled pickup to see if I could pick up the trailer early. The gentleman there, I believe his name was Matt, was very accommodating. Worked to redo my contract and got me out the door, hooked up and on the road in like 15 mins. He has a limited inventory but if I needed a truck or trailer again I'd check there first.
