I'm so sick of dealing with this company. Customer service is atrocious and underwhelming to say the least when dealing with any of the local or corporate representatives. Twice my experience moving was ruined by lack of attention to detail. I will never roll the dice on such a lackluster company ever again. Not once did anyone attempt to remedy problems caused by Uhaul. I've seen toddlers take more responsibility than these employees.

When we picked up the uHaul, the back end was parked into the tree line. When we opened the back end, 20+ earwigs scattered throughout the back of the uHaul. After we killed them all, we were satisfied with the uHaul. I would suggest not backing up the uHaul into the bushes.

The location convenience is perhaps good for those who live in Johnson City. However I live in Elizabethton and had to drive there to get it. Nonetheless, they were very courteous professional and I would definitely run from them again!

Not to use app. Tell people how long it actually takes to pick up/drop off when the store is closed. It took me almost 3hrs to pick up and almost an hr to drop it off! The app is junk! It didn't like the pics I sent and kept kicking my reservation out! You're better off using the website, if you get there WAY early you will "pick up" by the time you're done. AND most important is tell everyone that the hold will not be removed even AFTER your account has bn charged for actual use, so be prepared that your acct will be charged twice until the hold is removed! If you don't have the time or the funds to b charged twice DO NOT USE THEM!
