The only issue I had was with UHaul, the pick up and delivery of my Truck and Car Carrier, two locations for the pick up were 20 miles apart and finding a drop off location close to me wasn't easy. 1 was 30 miles away the other was full. But we got ur done. Other than that a job well done by all. Pickup location attendant was very helpful. Cheers Russ

Park trucks a little more apart. When I picked up my truck the mirror was almost touching the truck next to it. An inexperienced driver may have issues maneuvering the truck out

The customer service at this location is a 10/10. They are helpful and always ready to answer any questions or help solve any issues I may have. I have rented from this location before and if you need to rent a truck this should be your go to.

My truck was on empty at pickup. I know they got hit with people siphoning fuel the night before. It was very inconvenient for me to have to get fuel immediately after leaving the lot before I ran out of gas. I am not sure what could be done differently, since it was not the fault of U-Haul that people stole the fuel. Maybe lock up the trucks or something?

No improvements necessary. The woman who helped me book a truck Friday afternoon to use on Saturday did a phenomenal job. She was so kind and provided more than enough information and options to help me find exactly what I needed. Their selection of trucks gave me a wide variety to find the perfect size for my move. Mountain View Puyallup was a very nice location, it’s not the location I have a problem with. Why isn’t there a button for “Would you recommend U-Haul to a friend?” The answer there is NO. I had four different reservations because your trucks were not available as advertised. As I learned this week, U-Haul vehicles are not reserved, only flagged for use *if the previous customer decides to bring it back on time. But if the previous customer does not return it, or returns it on an empty tank—both of which happened to me—instead of taking ownership of the service U-Haul providing, U-Haul instead passes the issue onto the next customer. If I reserve a certain vehicle at a certain location, U-Haul should have enough trucks and drivers on hand to ensure the reservation. If vehicles shouldn’t be out of gas, then U-Haul should fill it before the next customer comes. Instead, I had to change locations (three times!), and I had to fill the tank immediately after pickup. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly, but all I really want is to get what I reserved!

The people we rented from in hoquiam did not help us at all Chris made our moving experience that much better I would recommend him any day and well recommend him to family and friends.

I was to have picked up my van at McClendon’s in sumner but my reservation was changed to the location listed above which added miles to this rental. Was told when at McClendon’s that I would receive a 10 mile credit but when I dropped off the van I was charged the additional mileage I was lied to all the way around!

Very Poor Experience. We rented a truck and confirmed multiple times. When we arrived it was not there. We waited for many hours only to find out the best that could be done was a truck the following day. Due to nature of our business it created a big problem and nothing was done about it on the part of Uhaul outside of a "sorry, we are out of trucks". Will most likely not be using Uhual moving forward after the experience.

The location is fine. The UHaul app needs a lot of work. It would not let me upload photos and I spent several minutes of wasted time in the app before i just went through google chrome. Please make the app better

I reserved a truck from Bonney lake wa. And one day before I was to pick up the truck they called me and said the truck was in shop for maintenance. They referred me to mt. View Puyallup wa. For a truck At that location for a 1:00 appointment. I went to there location at 11:00 a.m hoping to get truck early and they we’re closing early with no notice to me that they were closing early. I still ended up renting the truck thankfully I showed up early. Then the app to return the truck didn’t work for me to return the truck. Overall a pretty poor experience. Thank goodness I showed up early or I wouldn’t have a truck to use to meet my needs

I brought the vehicle back on a Sunday while nobody was there and I couldn't get the U-haul app to work to return it properly. I called the national number and explained my situation and they just told me to leave the key in the drop box and that they would note that I couldn't get the app to work. Otherwise all was good.

During entire check-out process, I explained that I would need to drop off the equipment AFTER HOURS at the location on Enchanted Parkway S in Federal Way after hours, and was told that I could do so. I showed up at 5:15 pm, about 15 minutes after the location closed. The online check-in process said I needed to be at the same location as where I checked out. So I called and was told I could go ahead an check in at the Federal Way location. I took the requested photos, recorded the vehicle mileage, and was directed to drop the keys in the key drop. I searched fir over an hour while waiting on the phone for assistance. I took the key hone with me while still on hold. Finally, after speaking to a representative, she emailed me the key drop details for this location. Instead of a box, I was to find a slot next to a large green sign. I drove back to the store to find the slot. It was sealed closed. I emailed the representative that sent me the information about the drop slot. I also attempted to call the store GM at the number listed on the greeen sign. It went to voice mail. I returned home to go to bed, as I have to be at work tomorrow at 7:00 am. I still have the key. I can be reached at (425) 328-0810. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever known.

I had 2 reservations that both got canceled and wasn’t communicated to me until I arrived at the new location that I was told to go pick up the u haul. I would like to receive a half off discount to be applied to this experience this weekend. When I went to go pick up the u haul at the Mountain View location, that was a perfect experience.

It would be nice to have it open at 6am. We had a few times we got down early & had to wait..butcstill glad it opened at least at 7am. We enjoyed the workers & felt they were always helpful.

We had an excellent experience with Mountain View Self Storage. The facility is clean, well lit and has easy access to/from the highway. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful with our many questions. The sign-up process was easy as well as the check-out and the prices very reasonable. I would highly recommend Mountain View to anyone with storage needs.

Had an issue with mice getting into the unit and making a mess of things on more than one occasion. Staff was helpful and did give us a discount due to the mice, but it is outside storage.
