DUSTY RThe agent completely assisted with connecting the trailer and assuring all lights worked correctly. Thank you. He explained all charges and fees and the return process. I later discovered that I had not properly latched the doors after loading the trailer. This was my oversight, but no damage occured. Please show how this is done next time.

Matt GThe U-Haul app is garbage. Full of bugs and glitches. Continually shut itself down when trying to upload photos. At first I thought is was because of limited service but even when connected to Wi-Fi same issues persisted. They probably shouldn't push it so hard on customers until it actually performed properly. Plus a lot of people still prefer customer service provided by a human being. Stop being a cheap corporate employer and set yourself apart from your competition.
