Remove rope, used blankets and debris from previous rental in trailer. Be aware of booked rental on pickup. Provide help on return. When online system is down and customer spends hours trying get acknowledgement of return don't charge extra day rental for your problem.

There was broken glass in the passenger front seat. Please clean before renting to someone else. Truck returned on October 4 as per contract but I'm being charged for 2 extra days. Currently waiting for manager to call me. Already spoke with numerous people at uhaul about the return of truck since it was returned on the 4th. Not pleased.
