The location was great but this is the second time I've rented uhaul and had issues, no dolly provided as requested, over charged the quoted amount. I won't be using UHaul again or recommending them.Jaylynn S.

Was at a restaurant in mount uniack the people there had no idea what to do. My truck smelt like fish from the moment I picked it up. The staff comllainedto me how annoying it was that i had to go there to get my uhaul and then i got charged 123 dollars more then expected so all in all a very poor experienceJustin Joseph S.
Maybe show them the contract before you ask them to sign... as well let them know you are signing them up for the 50 dollar protection!!!! My overall experience was very poor!!!!! I will definitely explore other options next time ðŸ'ŽðŸ'ŽðŸ'Ž three thumbs downRyan R.

Remove rope, used blankets and debris from previous rental in trailer. Be aware of booked rental on pickup. Provide help on return. When online system is down and customer spends hours trying get acknowledgement of return don't charge extra day rental for your problem.Todd H.
There was broken glass in the passenger front seat. Please clean before renting to someone else. Truck returned on October 4 as per contract but I'm being charged for 2 extra days. Currently waiting for manager to call me. Already spoke with numerous people at uhaul about the return of truck since it was returned on the 4th. Not pleased.Anne P.
